  • Excellent service from Attraction tickets. Shortly before I was due to start my holiday I discovered that I had bought the tickets for the wrong date. A quick phone call to Attraction tickets and it was all sorted out without any drama.

  • The tickets were great, and attractions tickets.com were wonderful to deal with. Universal is good fun but the staff could have been friendlier and were at times down right rude.

  • Had to change the date of our Universal tickets as plans had changed slightly. Knew Attraction Tickets offered free cancellation and changes, that was why I booked with them. Customer service was brilliant. Got back to me fairly fast in a day or two and changed the tickets for me. As the different date was slightly cheaper (which I didn't know, they informed me) they issued a refund of the difference. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

  • Excellent service!! I stupidly booked tickets for the wrong dates (which had already passed as I booked 2025 instead of 2026). Kirsty was fantastic from the start. She reassured me that she was almost certain that she would be able to sort it out for me and that she would contact Universal. Had a call back to say all sorted and did I want to rebook for the correct dates. The price had changed due to New Year sales and so I got a refund for the difference. Highly recommend this company and a big shout out to Kirsty.

  • We have used Attraction Tickets.com now for a few years and have never had issues. Universal Hollywood is an amazing park the views are stunning, and the backlot tour is very informative and fun for all the family. Would highly recommend.

  • The purchase was smooth, although, the Halloween Horror Nights was confusing, as we weren't able to join the lines until after 7pm and many other guests had a different wrist band that allowed them to enter the haunted houses sooner! If we had more information that explained there was a difference, we may have chosen a different ticket type. All-in-all, the day went quite well, with initial Universal Studios Hollywood tickets, and the additional of HHN.

  • Very easy transaction. When we needed to change the dates the staff couldn't have been more helpful. At the park we went straight to the turnstiles and got in immediately. Far better than queuing for tickets! Definitely recommended.

  • Great price in comparison to buying direct with Universal. Easy transaction and same day receipt of the tickets. This is my 3rd purchase of the same ticket type and I simply scan the QR code on the tickets directly into the Universal Hollywood App, which can be shown at the park on the day, or you can print the tickets. I always get the buy a day get a 2nd day free ticket, (to be use within a specified timeframe) which is excellent value.
