The Observatory is open every day from 9.30 am to 10.30 pm. The last lift goes up 30 minutes before closing time.

- The last lift goes up 30 minutes before closing time.
- Please note, on certain days, e.g. Bastille Day, the tower may close early. Please check opening hours in advance.
- The visit includes Paris’s highest roof terrace which is the highest point in Paris from which to admire the Eiffel Tower. (Please note that there are stairs to get to the roof terrace, which is unfortunately not accessible for people with mobility issues).
- The "360 Café" on the 56th floor sells drinks, snacks and light meals.
- Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. This ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

Went into the wrong place at first, but they told me the entrance was round the side, then got stopped and got told to wait by staff, felt like i was back at school! got up to the top and they views were good could have been better as it started to rain and was getting foggy. Had to wait in a long queue to go back down in the lift.
