  • Advanced reservations are required.
  • Please note this tour is subject to availability at the time of your request due to high demand.  If the date you request is not available, we will advise of the next available date.
  • Itinerary is subject to change.
  • Travel to the parks from Paris takes approximately 1 hour with no stops.
  • You will need to arrive 20 minutes prior to departure. Latecomers will not be allowed to join and no refunds will be provided.
  • The bus drops off guests at the group parking lot near the entrance to the parks and picks up from the same location. Please check pick up time with the representative and arrive prior to this so you do not miss the return transportation. Departure from Paris is usually about 7pm for arrival into Paris about 8pm (subject to changes or delays).
  • Important Information - 9th October 2025.  Certain Walt Disney Studios Park experiences will exceptionally close early on 9 October 2025.
    Ratatouille: The Attraction will close at 11 a.m. and Bistrot Chez Rémy at 2 p.m. Worlds of Pixar and World Premiere will gradually close from 4:30 p.m. Please plan in advance to make the most of your visit.
  • Cancellation policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled 72 hours prior to the tour date. 100% cancellation charges will apply within 72 hours.

    For those who are unsure of their plans at the time of booking or wish to purchase their Disneyland® Paris tickets as a gift, there is the option of the Disneyland® Paris 1-Day Open-Dated Ticket. This ticket cannot be cancelled and a separate theme park reservation will be required before visiting Disneyland® Paris Parks, but this option gives the flexibility to visit Disneyland® Paris within 12 months of purchase (dates subject to availability).

  • Does my Disneyland® Paris ticket include access to World of Frozen?

    As long as your ticket includes access to Walt Disney Studios® Park, you will be able to visit World of Frozen when it opens on 29 March 2026. World of Frozen is part of Walt Disney Studios® Park and does not require a separate ticket. If your ticket is for Disneyland® Park only, it will not include entry to Walt Disney Studios® Park or World of Frozen.

    If you’re planning a 1-Day, 1-Park visit, you’ll need to decide between Disneyland Park – home of the iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle. Or Walt Disney Studios Park, where you can explore the World of Frozen. If you want to enjoy both parks during your trip, we recommend upgrading to a Park Hopper or Multi-Day Ticket, so you can see the castle, explore Arendelle, and experience all the magic Disneyland® Paris has to offer.

    Both Disneyland® Paris Theme Parks are open daily throughout the year. However, park opening hours will change seasonally and may be dependent on special events. Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios park normally open between 9.00am and 10.00am. We recommend our customers download and use the Disneyland® Paris app for the latest park information including show and parade times as well as park opening hours

    Character dining reservations can normally be added to your Disneyland® Paris Hotel and Ticket package at the time of booking.
