The Big Pink
The Big Pink is one of Universal’s most famous snacks. Head to Springfield (home of the Simpsons) to try one of these impressive doughnuts. Be warned though, when we say they’re huge, we’re talking the size of your head huge! The doughnut is covered with a bright pink, sweet, creamy frosting, and topped with plenty of rainbow sprinkles. They’re absolutely delicious, and will also look picture-perfect on your Instagram.

While this may technically count as a drink, Butterbeer can be found in lots of different forms at the Universal Orlando Resort. Plus, it’s too delicious to leave off the list! If you’ve watched the Harry Potter movies and always wished you could try a glass of Butterbeer, now you can. What does it taste like? Imagine a mouth-watering concoction of caramel, butterscotch and cream soda all mixed in one. This is an absolute must-try for any Harry Potter fan!
Frozen Butterbeer is another fan favourite, and you can also try hot Butterbeer, Butterbeer-flavoured fudge, Butterbeer potted cream and Butterbeer ice cream.

Red Velvet Milkshake:
It’s hard to choose just one favourite from this amazing restaurant, because each item on the menu is just as delicious as the next! We love the mammoth milkshakes though, and a visit here isn’t complete until you’ve tried one. We’d recommend the Red Velvet shake- a mouth-watering concoction of vanilla ice cream, raspberry sauce, fresh whipped cream and plenty of rainbow sprinkles. There’s even an entire Red Velvet cupcake with a cherry on top! You can also enjoy Salted Dulce De Leche, Peanut Indulgence, Heavenly Hazelnut, Strawberry Cheesecake and Marshmallow Crisp varieties.

Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream
There’s no better way to cool down from the Floridian heat, than with a refreshing ice cream, and Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlour is undoubtedly the place to go. If you’re a Harry Potter fan, you’ll remember that this is the place that Harry enjoyed several ice cream treats during the summer, in the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban book.
This is the chance for all of you muggles out there to try some of the delicious (and unusual!) flavours available in the Wizarding world. Traditional ice cream flavours include vanilla and chocolate, but for the more adventurous muggles, there’s chocolate chilli, early grey and lavender and Harry’s favourite- strawberry and peanut butter. Of course, there’s also a Butterbeer flavoured ice cream, and we’d definitely recommend giving this a try.

A chocolate brownie and a cookie in one, what’s not to love? These delicious treats are perfect for picking up when you fancy a quick bite in-between exploring the park, and are considered one of Universal’s signature snacks. To create this incredible combination, a tasty chocolate chip cookie is baked inside a gooey chocolate brownie. Once you give it a try, we’re sure you’ll be going back for more. The cheesecake here is great too, so why not grab a slice? You are on holiday after all!

These are a famous theme park snack worth trying. While we might not be able to persuade ourselves that these are one of our five a day, the word ‘apple’ makes us feel a bit better about indulging. There are several different varieties throughout the Universal Orlando Resort, including Hello Kitty candy apples with edible bows, rocky road apples covered in marshmallows and chocolate, and the Ooey Gooey Apple at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium, which Universal describe as “a cookies and peanut butter party for your mouth”! We love them all, but we find the adorable Minions candy apple impossible to resist.

Cauldron Cakes have been a popular treat at the Universal Orlando Resort for some time, but they’ve recently had a bit of a makeover, which we think you’ll love. The new cauldron cakes look absolutely amazing! The rich chocolate cupcake is now served inside a miniature souvenir cauldron, with bright orange buttercream flames rising from the top. Make sure you’ve got your camera handy, as this is definitely Instagram-worthy.
