Whether you just have Disney tickets for 14 days of magic or you want to explore even more with an Orlando Combination ticket, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a park you cannot miss!

What is Disney's Hollywood Studios?

Disney’s Hollywood Studios aims to take guests of Walt Disney World Resort in Florida ‘behind the magic’ of movie-making – and give them a thrilling time along the way. It features some outstanding shows, memorable rides and unique experiences from well-known franchises like The Muppets, Indiana Jones, Toy Story and more.

While the theming isn’t quite as intensive as other Disney parks, rides like The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster are masterpieces in their own right. Whether you’re wanting to sing along with Anna and Elsa or with Aerosmith, there’s something for everyone at this park.

And of course, the immersive storytelling is taken to another level in Star Wars™: Galaxy's Edge, where you can use your Disney’s Hollywood Studios tickets to have your very own Star Wars adventure. Take the helm of the iconic Millennium Falcon on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run or become part of an epic clash between the First Order and the Resistance on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. This is an experience unlike anything else in the galaxy!

What Should You Bring To Disney’s Hollywood Studios?

  • A Camera - There are plenty of Disney PhotoPass photographers across Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but bringing your own camera will ensure you can easily capture all those magical family moments as they happen.
  • Water - There are plenty of locations in Hollywood Studios where you can get free tap water or bottled water, but on hot days it’s best to already have some on hand, especially for little ones.
  • Snacks - You definitely won’t go hungry if you don’t bring your own snacks to Hollywood Studios, but you can if you want to. Just make sure you don’t bring a whole picnic!

What Should You Wear at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Although there are plenty of shows at Hollywood Studios where you can rest your feet and get out of the sun, we’d still advise that you wear comfortable, flat shoes and light clothes that will keep you cool. You might not always be able to get to a show or ride in time to get out of any Florida rain showers either, so you should pack a rain jacket just in case!

Unfortunately, adult guests must NOT wear costumes into the park, or masks that cover your full face, and you could be denied entry if you’re wearing one.
