Halloween Horror Nights is one of our favourite theme park events - even though it absolutely terrifies us! This annual Halloween spectacular takes place at Universal Studios Florida, bringing to life some of the most famous horror stories of all time. While it might seem a bit soon to be thinking of the spooky season, it’s already time to get excited as Universal have just confirmed the dates for this year’s event. That’s right, you can get your Halloween Horror Nights tickets now!
Halloween Horror Nights 2023 will run on select nights between September 1st and October 31st. So, if you’re visiting Orlando during those dates and think you’ve got what it takes to face the monsters, mutants and maniacs, you really should check it out.
This year will be the 32nd year that Universal Orlando have hosted Halloween Horror Nights, and the frightening fun is beginning earlier than ever! One of the event highlights has to be the terrifying haunted houses. These offer a walk-through experience where guests can relive scenes from classic horror franchises, as well as new stories that are Universal original creations.
Of course, that’s not all. There are also scare zones set up throughout the park, where live actors roam the streets looking for people to terrorise. These zones are one of the scariest parts of Halloween Horror Nights as there’s nowhere to hide - you simply can’t avoid them!
The line-up for Halloween Horror Nights 2023 hasn’t been announced yet but we do know that there will be 10 houses, 5 scare zones and 2 amazing live shows! Last year, there were haunted houses inspired by Universal Monsters, Blumhouse and Halloween. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2023!
