How do I use my Disney and Universal Combo Ticket? 

You will receive 2 digital tickets in your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account.

Universal Ticket

• Gate-ready Universal Tickets can be downloaded to your smartphone. Scan the QR code at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay for direct access to the Universal parks.
• If you're visiting in 2024, tickets are open-dated and can be activated anytime before 31 December 2024. For visits in 2025, tickets are date-specific and offer 14 days of unlimited admission to the Universal Parks from the start date selected. 

Disney Ticket

• A Disney Ticket Confirmation will be uploaded to your customer account. Once you receive your Disney Ticket Confirmation, create your gate-ready Disney MagicMobile passes in a few easy steps to enter the Disney Parks using your smartphone.  Alternatively, take your Disney Magic Ticket Confirmation to any ticket window at each Disney Park entrance to redeem printed tickets. 
• Valid for 14 days of admission to the Disney Parks within an 18-day window from the date selected at the time of booking.
