When can I book my Disney Park days?
Disney Park Reservations are no longer required to visit the four Disney theme parks. Once you have booked your Disney tickets and paid in full, the tickets linked in your customer account are all you need to access Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.
Is Memory Maker included with my Disney Tickets?
No, Memory Maker is not a standard ticket inclusion and must be purchased separately using the My Disney Experience App. Single Day Memory Maker starts at $69; Multiday Memory Maker starts at $169.
What is Disney Memory Maker?
Memory Maker is a great way to capture and relive your Walt Disney World Florida memories without having to reach for your camera. The whole family can pose for photos at any Disney PhotoPass location as well as select attractions and dining locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Ride photos are included too!
Photos and videos can then be downloaded to your Disney account on My Disney Experience. You do this by tapping your Disney Ticket, MagicBand or MagicMobile pass at the attractions. Memory Maker costs $199 (subject to change) and can be purchased locally.
I have booked Disney Tickets with a deposit. Will the Disney Parks get full before my balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure?
We have been monitoring the Disney Park Pass system since its launch and it is extremely unlikely that the Disney Parks will get to full capacity until a few days in advance if at all. In non-peak periods it is highly unlikely that Disney Parks will reach full capacity. If you are concerned about Disney Parks reaching capacity and you wish to make your Disney Park reservations sooner, you do not need to wait until 6 weeks prior to your departure date to clear your balance. We will send your Disney tickets as soon as your balance is paid.
UPDATE: For visits after 9 January 2024, Disney Park Reservations are no longer required. A valid Disney Ticket is all that will be needed to enter a Disney Park.
How does the Disney Park Hopper Ticket Work?
The Disney Park Hopper Ticket allows you to explore multiple Walt Disney World Theme Parks on the same day by using the built-in Park Hopping benefit. Enjoy admission to Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park for each day of your ticket.

How does the Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket Work?
The Base Ticket allows you to visit one of four incredible Disney theme parks on each day of your ticket.
If you are visiting Walt Disney World before 9 January 2024, a date-specific Disney Park reservation is also needed for entry to the Disney Parks - see our Disney Theme Park Reservation Guide for more information. No Disney Park Reservations are needed for visits after 9 January 2024.
My date of departure has changed and I need to change the start date of my Disney Ticket. How do I do this?
We will need to cancel and rebook your Disney Tickets. We won't charge an amendment fee for making this change, but new prices may apply to your booking as Walt Disney World Tickets are priced by date and any difference in the ticket price will be payable. Amending bookings will also cancel any linked Disney Theme Park reservations unless they are linked to your new Disney Confirmation reference within 24 hours and these will need to be re-booked, subject to the latest Disney Park availability.

What’s included with a Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket?
Alongside access to the magic of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, your ticket also grants you access to Magic Kingdom Park from 4pm, where you can enjoy shorter queues for more than 20 popular rides (some with special Halloween surprises). I have a valid Disney Ticket, do I still need to book days at the Disney Parks?
As of January 9th 2024, no Disney theme park reservations are needed! Just a valid Disney ticket is all you need to enter Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios and the Walt Disney World water parks.
How will I receive my Disney Magic Tickets?
When you purchase a Disney Ticket for Walt Disney World in Florida, you will receive a Disney confirmation in your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account within a few hours of purchase. On receipt of your Disney ticket confirmation, create your gate-ready Disney MagicMobile passes in My Disney Experience to enter the parks using your Smartphone. Alternatively, take your Disney confirmation to any ticket window located at the entrance to each Disney Park to redeem printed physical tickets.

How do I book my Disney Park days?
If you are visiting Walt Disney World before 9 January 2024 both a valid Disney Ticket AND a date-specific theme park reservation are required to enter the four Disney theme parks - Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. I would like to get a physical Disney Magic Ticket posted to my home address - is that possible?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to post physical printed Disney Magic Tickets to your home address. Like most worldwide attractions, Walt Disney World has transitioned to digital tickets that can be downloaded to a smartphone and no longer issues printed tickets in advance. Disney MagicMobile passes are gate-ready and give direct admission to the Disney Parks. Simply hold your iPhone, smartphone or Apple Watch near an access point when entering the Disney Parks just like you do with a physical ticket or MagicBand - See our Disney MagicMobile guide for more information on how to create gate-ready Disney MagicMobile passes.
For those that would prefer to have physical tickets, simply take your Disney Ticket Confirmation to any ticket window located at the entrance of each Disney Park to redeem printed physical tickets.

What is Disney Genie Service and Lightning Lane?
Disney Genie is a complimentary service included in the cost of your Disney Magic Tickets! With just a bit of information about your interests and preferences, this tool in the My Disney Experience app will give you a personalised itinerary, including attractions, foodie experiences, and Characters you can meet! There’s also a virtual tip board with forecasted ride wait times for all the park's attractions, and advice for making dining reservations, mobile food ordering and more. With the Disney Genie Service you’ll have quicker access to the most up-to-date park information, so you can be more spontaneous and have more fun.
Lightning Lanes (previously Disney Genie+) are also available using the My Disney Experience app, for an additional purchase (subject to availability). Choose from Lightning Lane Single Pass or Lightning Lane Multi Pass to book time slots for entry on select attractions and experiences. You can also access new audio experiences and exclusive Disney PhotoPass camera lenses.
Can I pre-book Lightning Lane access to Disney attractions in advance?
Yes! Once you’re in the US, Lightning Lanes can be purchased up to 7 days in advance for Disney Resort hotel guests and up to 3 days in advance for ticket-only guests. These must be purchased on a day-by-day basis, but you’ll be able to book for the full duration of your trip at the same time.
If you purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass in advance, you can book a time slot for up to three attractions per day. Once you’ve redeemed your initial Lightning Lane selection on the day of your visit (or the arrival window has passed), you can make another Lightning Lane selection using the My Disney Experience app, and can keep making one selection at a time throughout the day.
You can also purchase a Lightning Lane Single Pass for up to two attractions per day (once per attraction).
Both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass can also be purchased on the day, subject to availability.
Do all Disney rides and attractions have Lightning Lane access?
Almost all of the rides and attractions throughout the 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks have Lightning Lane access. While most of these are included (subject to availability) with the purchase of Lightning Lane Multi Pass, the following attractions require an individual purchase of Lightning Lane Single Pass:
Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass can be purchased in advance or on the day via the My Disney Experience app, where you will then be able to book your time slots for these attractions.
Attractions at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park do not have Lightning Lane access.

Where is Universal Epic Universe located?
Universal Epic Universe is located at 1001 Epic Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819 in Universal Orlando Resort’s new South Campus. The location for Universal Epic Universe is a 10-15 minute drive from the other Universal Orlando theme parks and Universal CityWalk.
What is the capacity of Universal Epic Universe?
Capacity will be limited when Universal Epic Universe first opens to ensure everyone can make the most of their visit and experience as much of the park as possible. To avoid any disappointment we’d recommend you arrive at the park before opening or stay at a Universal Orlando Resort hotel to get early park admission (with a valid ticket).
Will Universal Orlando Resort hotel guests get early park admission to Universal Epic Universe?
Yes! Guests staying at any of the Universal Orlando Resort hotels (with valid park admission) will get early access to Universal Epic Universe in the morning before regular guests can enter the park.
Can I buy a Universal Epic Universe ticket by itself?
Tickets for just Universal Epic Universe by itself are currently unavailable, but with so much to do throughout Universal Orlando Resort, including 2 other theme parks, a water theme park, and the Universal CityWalk entertainment district, you’ll want the 14 days’ access provided with the Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer Ticket.
How big is Universal Epic Universe?
The Epic Universe theme park is around 110 acres, made up of five different themed lands. The whole South Campus, including the theme park, parking structures, and three hotels is approximately 750 acres. For comparison, the North Campus, consisting of three theme parks, eight hotels, and Universal CityWalk, is 735 acres.
Can I book Universal Epic Universe tickets for 2026?
Universal Epic Universe tickets are now available for all 2026 arrivals, up to December 31st 2026. Guests wanting to visit in 2026 can book the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket which gives you 14 days unlimited access to Universal Epic Universe, Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Volcano Bay!
When can I visit Universal Epic Universe during my ticket duration?
If you’re visiting during 2025 your Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket will be valid for 15 consecutive days and you can visit Universal Epic Universe on any day throughout the ticket duration. We’d recommend you plan your visit in the first half of your holiday to give you time to visit on another day if park capacity is reached before you can enter the park on your planned date.
If you’re visiting in 2026 you can visit Universal Epic Universe as much or as little as you like during the full 14-day duration of your Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket!
Do I need to reserve the date of my Universal Epic Universe visit in advance?
Your day at Epic Universe doesn’t need to be reserved, so you’ll have full flexibility to visit whenever you want during your holiday - you’ll just need to pick the first date of your ticket validity at the time of booking. We’d recommend arriving as early as possible for the best chance to enter the park on your preferred date as capacity will be limited.
Will there be a shuttle bus service to and from Universal Epic Universe?
Yes! There will be a complimentary shuttle bus to Universal Epic Universe from all the Universal Orlando Resort hotels and the North Campus bus terminal. A dedicated bus lane has been created to make the bus journey between the North and South Campuses the most efficient way to travel around the whole Universal Orlando Resort.
Does Universal Epic Universe have its own car park?
Yes, so if you’re hiring a car during your time in Florida and plan to drive to Universal Orlando Resort, you can park in the dedicated parking structure directly outside the theme park for your day at Epic Universe.
What lands are going to be in Universal Epic Universe?
There will be a total of five lands in Epic Universe; Celestial Park, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic, How To Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.
Why am I unable to purchase a Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket after 19 October 2026?
Universal Volcano Bay will be closed for refurbishment between 20 October 2026 and 24 March 2027, so guests cannot visit all 4 Universal Orlando Parks. If you are visiting Orlando during this time, we recommend purchasing the Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket, which offers 14 days of unlimited park-to-park admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure AND Universal Epic Universe.
The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket will be available to guests arriving in Orlando after 25 March 2027 once the refurbishment at Universal Volcano Bay is completed.
Why can't I buy a Universal Orlando Tickets for all 4 Universal Orlando Parks between 20 October 2026 and 24 March 2027?
The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket is temporarily unavailable between 20 October 2026 and 24 March 2027 due to the planned refurbishment of Universal Volcano Bay.
To ensure you still get the best value for your holiday, Universal has introduced the Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket for these dates, offering 14 days of unlimited park-to-park access to the three other Universal Parks - Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Epic Universe.

Do Universal Orlando Tickets include parking?
No. Parking is not included with any of our Universal Orlando Ticket options.
If you plan to drive to the parks, you will pay for parking at the central transportation hub (for Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay) or at the dedicated Epic Universe parking area.
Top Tip — Moving Between Parks: If you start your morning at Universal Studios Florida and decide to drive over to Universal Epic Universe later in the day, you do not need to pay twice! Simply keep your parking receipt or digital QR code and present it at the next toll plaza for complimentary re-entry on the same day.
Do I need to make park reservations for the 4 Universal Orlando Parks?
