Walt Disney World tickets

    I have paid a deposit for my Disney Tickets. Is it possible to get my Disney ticket numbers before paying the full balance for my Disney Tickets?

    No, unfortunately, ticket only bookings must be paid in full before we are able to generate and dispatch your Disney Tickets. Staying onsite at a Disney Resort Hotel is the only way you can access the Disney Park Pass System without the need to pay for your Disney Tickets in full. Within 7 days of booking a Disney Hotel + Ticket package, customers will receive a Disney hotel reservation number via email. You can then link your Disney Hotel Reservation Number on My Disney Experience and book your Disney Park days.

    I have booked Disney Tickets with a deposit. Will the Disney Parks get full before my balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure?

    We have been monitoring the Disney Park Pass system since its launch and it is extremely unlikely that the Disney Parks will get to full capacity until a few days in advance if at all. In non-peak periods it is unlikely that the Disney Parks will reach full capacity. If you are concerned about Disney Parks reaching capacity and you wish to make your Disney Park reservations sooner, you do not need to wait until 6 weeks prior to your departure date to clear your balance. We will send your Disney tickets as soon as your balance is paid.

    How does the new Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket work?

    • First, select the date you would like to start using your Disney Magic Ticket.
    • You can use the Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket over 18 days from the date selected, giving you more flexibility during your holiday.
    • You can start using your Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but remember the ticket will expire in full at the end of the 18-day period irrespective of the number of days used. We recommend you start using the Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket within 4 days of the date selected to ensure you enjoy the full 14 Disney Park days entitlement.

    How does the new Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket work?

    • First, select the date you would like to start using your Disney Magic Ticket.
    • You can use the Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket over 15 days from the date selected, giving you more flexibility during your holiday.
    • Start using your Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but remember the ticket will expire in full at the end of the 15-day period irrespective of the number of days used.

    My date of departure has changed and I need to change the start date of my Disney Magic Ticket. How do I do this?

    If your ticket booking is on deposit, the quickest way to change the start date currently is to call us and a member of our Customer Service Team will amend your Disney Magic Ticket start date. Disney Magic tickets are priced by date and any difference in the ticket price will be payable.

    If you have already paid for your Disney Magic Tickets in full and received them in the post, we will need to void the Disney Magic Tickets and send you new ones. We can void Disney tickets by receiving a photo via email of the Disney tickets cut in half. Please call us to start the amendment process. A member of our Customer Service Team will also advise if there is any price difference payable as Disney Magic tickets are priced by start date.

    I have a 2022 Disney Ultimate ticket. Will it still work?

    Yes, 2022 Disney Ultimate Tickets remain a valid ticket type and will work as expected. Disney Ultimate tickets are open-dated and must be first used on or before 31 December 2022. Tickets are activated the first time your visit one of the Disney Parks and are then valid for 14 consecutive days from this point.

    Is Memory Maker included with my Disney Tickets?

    Yes, Memory Maker is a standard inclusion with adult Disney Magic Tickets. Memory Maker is not included with Disney Event Tickets such as Disney After Hours Boo Bash at Magic Kingdom Park

    What is Disney Memory Maker?

    Memory Maker is a great way to capture and relive your Walt Disney World Florida memories without having to reach for your camera. The whole family can pose for photos at any Disney PhotoPass location as well as select attractions and dining locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Ride photos are included too!

    Photos and videos can then be downloaded to your Disney account on My Disney Experience. You do this by tapping your Disney Ticket, MagicBand or MagicMobile pass at the attractions.

    Do Disney Tickets still include FastPass+?

    No, Disney FastPass+ was suspended at the start of the Covid pandemic and then discontinued in 2021. FastPass+ has been replaced with a new service called Disney Genie.

    I have a valid Disney Ticket, do I still need to book days at the Disney Parks?

    Yes, Disney has extended the Disney Park Pass System for arrivals up to the end of 2023 and both a valid Disney ticket and a park reservation are needed to enter one of the four main Disney Theme Parks - Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. You won’t require a reservation for the two Disney Water Parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. However, if you plan to visit a Disney theme park on the same day as a Disney Water Park, you will need to make a reservation for the Disney Theme Park.

    On receipt of your Disney tickets, link them on My Disney Experience and start reserving your Disney park days using the Disney Park Pass System. We recommend doing this as soon as you receive your Disney tickets as theme park reservations are subject to availability. 

    How do I book my Disney Park days?

    What is Disney Genie Service and Disney Genie+

    Disney Magic Tickets include complimentary access to the all-new Disney Genie Service, a handy digital service that lets you create your best Disney Park day with a recommended personal itinerary. Upon launching the Disney Genie tool in the My Disney Experience App, share what you’d like to do in a few easy steps - you can highlight specific attractions, foodie experiences and entertainment, plus special interests like Disney princesses, villains, Pixar, Star Wars, thrill rides and more. Disney Genie service will then create a personalised itinerary that seamlessly and smartly maps out your day. It displays a good time to go to a specific attraction and gives an idea of the forecasted wait. Also, enjoy features like a virtual tip board with forecasted ride wait times for all the park's attractions, make dining reservations, mobile food ordering and more. With Disney Genie Service you’ll have quicker access to the most up-to-date park information, so you can be more spontaneous and have more fun.

    Want to take your day to the next level? Disney Genie+ service featuring Lightning Lane entry on select attractions and experiences, new audio experiences and access to exclusive Disney PhotoPass camera lenses may be purchased on the day you visit a Disney Park using the My Disney Experience App.

    I have purchased and received Disney Tickets with Genie+ and would like to reduce the number of tickets in my booking. Is that possible?

    Yes, we can reduce the number of Disney Magic tickets with Genie+ in confirmed bookings and the remaining tickets would still include Genie +. Cancelled tickets would be subject to the cancellation charges outlined on the relevant Disney Ticket product description.

    I have purchased and received Disney Tickets with Genie+ and would like to add another person to my booking. Is that possible?

    Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to add additional Disney Tickets with Genie+ to your booking. Any new customers will need to purchase a standard Disney Magic Ticket and then separately purchase Genie+ using the My Disney Experience App on the day of each Disney Park visit, one day at a time, subject to availability.

    I have purchased and received a Disney Ticket with Genie+ and now need to amend the ticket start date. Is that possible?

    Unfortunately, after 7 June 2022 it will no longer be possible to amend the start date of a Disney Magic Ticket that includes Genie+. If your holiday plans change and you find you need to change the start date of your Disney ticket, we will be able to replace your ticket(s) with a standard Disney Magic Ticket with a new start date, but you will lose the Genie+ benefit. The difference in ticket price will be refunded. If you would still like to access the Genie+ service following the amend to your Disney Magic Ticket start date, this will be available to purchase on the day of your Park visits using the My Disney Experience app, one day at a time, subject to availability.

    I have purchased and received a Disney Ticket with Genie+ for a date after 7 June 2022. Will this ticket still be valid now that Genie+ service is no longer available to pre-purchase.

    Absolutely. If you already purchased a Disney ticket that includes Disney Genie+ service for a date after 7 June 2022, don’t worry – you’ll be able to use the service during your Disney Park visits. You do not need to do anything, and you do not need to contact us. Your tickets will include Genie+ every day you go to any of the four major parks at Walt Disney World and you will be able to access the Genie+ service and book your Lightning Lane entrances using the My Disney Experience App.

    Why can I not find or purchase a Disney Ticket that includes Genie+

    Starting from 7 June 2022, Disney Genie+ service will no longer be available to pre-purchase before guests depart on holiday. To access the Genie+ service, new customers with a valid Disney Ticket and theme park reservation will be able to purchase Genie+ using the My Disney Experience App on the day they visit a Disney Park, one day at a time, subject to availability. This change has been introduced to allow Walt Disney World Resort to focus on the best possible guest experience and better manage demand.

    Can I pre-book Lightning Lane access to Disney attractions in advance with the Disney Genie+ service?

    No, access to the Lightning Lane entrance can only be booked on the day of your visit with availability opening every day at 7.00am. Guests with Genie+ can select the next available arrival window for their first attraction at this time. Once you’ve redeemed your initial Lightning Lane selection (or the arrival window has passed), you can make another Lightning Lane selection using the Genie+ service and can keep making one selection at a time throughout the day. Attraction arrival windows are provided as next available. See our Disney Genie Guide for more information Genie+ and featured Lightning Lane attractions.

    Are all Disney rides and attractions included with Genie+?

    No. There are more than 40 experiences across all 4 theme parks that are eligible, but currently, you cannot use Genie+ to access the Lightning Lane entrance for the following attractions.

    • Space Mountain
    • Frozen Ever After
    • Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
    • Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway
    • Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
    • Avatar Flight of Passage
    • Expedition Everest

    To access the Lightning Lane for these highly demanded attractions, guests must pay for individual Lighting Lane entrance on the day of their visit. Only two individual Lightning Lane selections can be purchased each day. Selections and payments must be made via the My Disney Experience App. Unfortunately, we are unable to book this for you. See our Disney Genie Guide for more information on the Disney Genie Service and Lightning Lane attractions.

Disney MagicBands

    I have a Disney MagicBand on my booking. How and where do I get the MagicBand?

    Unfortunately it is not possible for MagicBands to be shipped to the UK and we are therefore unable to send your MagicBands in the post along with your Disney Tickets in advance of your Orlando holiday. MagicBands must be collected from Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs using the barcoded digital voucher automatically uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment of your tickets.

    My MagicBand is showing as a Digital Ticket in my customer account. Why?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible for MagicBands to be shipped to the UK and we are therefore unable to send your MagicBands in the post along with your Disney Tickets. MagicBands can be picked up from Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs using this barcoded Digital voucher.

    Do I need to pick up my Disney MagicBand to access the Disney parks?

    No, the Disney Tickets that we send in the post are gate-ready and can be used to access the Disney Parks. Your MagicBand can be collected from Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs at any time during your holiday. Should you wish to use your MagicBand as your Disney admission ticket instead of your Disney Ticket, please collect your MagicBand at the start of your holiday.

    Once I pick up my Disney MagicBand, how do I link them to my Disney tickets?

    You can link your MagicBands via the My Disney Experience app. Alternatively, you can visit Disney Guest Relations, located at the entrance of each Disney Park for help. Please see our How To Link Your Walt Disney World Ticket to Your MagicBand guide for more in depth information.

    I don’t have a Disney MagicBand on my booking. Why?

    MagicBands are not included with Disney Tickets and can be purchased separately from retail outlets throughout Walt Disney World. We periodically run limited-time MagicBand offers using very limited stock. Only customers who booked their Disney Tickets during one of these promotions are entitled to a MagicBand. Unfortunately we are unable to add MagicBands to bookings made outside these promotions due to the limited stock.

Universal Orlando

    How do my Universal Orlando tickets work?

    Universal Explorer Tickets are open-dated and can be first used at any time within the year selected at the time of booking e.g. a 2022 Universal Explorer Ticket must be first used on or before 31 December 2022. Tickets are activated by visiting one of the included Universal Parks or Universal CityWalk and are then valid for 14 consecutive days from this point.

    • The Universal Orlando 3 Park Ticket includes unlimited admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay for the duration of your ticket
    • The Universal Orlando 2 Park Ticket includes unlimited admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure for the duration of your ticket

    Why do you offer both physical tickets and digital tickets for Universal Orlando?

    To give our customers a choice of delivery and also to allow us to fulfil very late Universal Orlando bookings. Both Universal Ticket options are gate-ready, giving instant access to the Universal Parks, so choose the option that you prefer.

    Do Universal Explorer Tickets include Universal Express?

    No. Universal Express is not a standard inclusion. If you would like Universal Express access you can purchase either a Universal Express Ride Access Ticket or a Universal Express Unlimited Ticket. Universal Express Unlimited Passes can only be used on the date you select and a separate Universal Orlando theme park admission ticket is still required for entry to the Universal Parks.

    If you are staying at one of the Universal Premier Hotels - Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort or Loews Portofino Bay- you get Universal Express included for free as part of your hotel reservation, although you will still need to purchase a Universal Explorer Ticket to access the parks.

    Do I need to make park reservations for the 3 Universal Orlando parks?

    No, park reservations are not needed for the Universal Parks. A valid Universal Orlando Explorer Ticket is all you need to enter the Universal parks included with the ticket purchase.

    • The Universal Orlando 3 Park Ticket includes admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay
    • The Universal Orlando 2 Park Ticket includes admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure

    Universal Explorer Tickets offer 14 consecutive days of unlimited park-to-park access to the Universal Parks included with the ticket.

    If I purchase a Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Digital Ticket, can I use it immediately?

    Absolutely! Our Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Digital Tickets are instantly uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment. Once you complete your order, simply log on to your account and download your tickets to your smartphone. Scan the QR code at the entrance to each Universal park for instant admission. Tickets are open-dated and activated the first time you visit one of the three Universal parks. 

Discovery Cove

    What time does Discovery Cove open?

    Check-in for Discovery Cove starts at 7:15am. Discovery Cove Tickets include breakfast, so it is highly recommended you arrive at Discovery Cove upon opening to take advantage of this inclusion. Plus you'll be first in line to choose your dolphin swim time, which is allocated on the day on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

    What time is my dolphin swim at Discovery Cove?

    Dolphin Swim times are allocated when you check-in at Discovery Cove. Times are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. The earlier you arrive at Discovery Cove, the more choice you will have.

    Can I visit SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and Aquatica before my Discovery Cove visit date?

    Yes. Your digital ticket for Discovery Cove includes a gate-ready barcode for all of the other SeaWorld Parks included within your Discovery Cove package. You can visit any of the other SeaWorld Parks before your Discovery Cove visit date and this portion of your ticket will be activated the first time you visit one of those parks. Your Discovery Cove Digital Ticket will be uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment.

    What is the difference between the Discovery Cove Package and the Discovery Cove Ultimate Package?

    The Discovery Cove Package includes a day at Discovery Cove plus 14 consecutive days of admission to SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica.

    The Discovery Cove Ultimate Package includes a day at Discovery Cove and 14 days of access to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. The Ultimate Package also includes free parking at the featured parks.

    I can’t access my Discovery Cove Digital Tickets in my customer account. Why?

    We upload digital tickets to customer accounts within 5 days of full payment or sooner. If you have only just paid your balance, please allow a few days for your tickets to appear in your customer account. If you have booked tickets on a deposit basis, tickets will not be made available in your customer account until you have paid your balance.

    Can I book a cabana at Discovery Cove with AttractionTickets.com?

    No, unfortunately, we can’t book a cabana for you. Cabanas can only be booked directly with Discovery Cove. You will need your Discovery Cove reservation number to make a cabana reservation which can be found on your Discovery Cove tickets. If your tickets are not yet ready to download from your Customer Account and you want to book a Discovery Cove cabana, please call us for your Discovery Cove reservation number.

SeaWorld Orlando Tickets

    How does the SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket work?

    The SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket is open-dated and can be first used at any time within the year selected at the time of booking e.g. a 2022 SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Tickets must be first used on or before 31 December 2022. Tickets are activated by visiting one of the included SeaWorld Parks and are then valid for 14 consecutive days from this point. You have unlimited park-to-park access to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens for the duration of your ticket.

    Does the SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket include free parking?

    Yes, this is an added value bonus when booking the SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket. Simply show your SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket at the parking booths. Unlimited free parking is valid for the duration of your ticket. This offer can be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

    How do I get to Busch Gardens if I don’t have a car?

    The SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket, the 2-Park SeaWorld and the Busch Gardens Ticket and the Discovery Cove Ultimate Package include Free transportation to Busch Gardens from Orlando on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express. The shuttle runs daily and picks up from SeaWorld and various locations in the International Drive and Kissimmee areas. Pick-up time is between 8.30am and 9.00am depending on location and the return time from Busch Gardens varies through the year depending on the Busch Gardens closing time. Reservations are required to guarantee your seats and can be made in advance by calling 1-800-221-1339.

    Do I have to book a date for my SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket?

    No, you will receive an open-dated SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket, giving you the flexibility to first use your ticket at any time during the calendar year selected at the time of booking. Tickets are activated the first time you visit either SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica or Busch Gardens. 

    You must select the year of visit at the time of booking and tickets must be used on or before 31 December of the year selected e.g. 2022 tickets must be activated on or before 31 December 2022. 

    Do I have to book a date for my 2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket?

    No, you will be sent an open-dated 2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket. Tickets are valid for the calendar year purchased and activated the first time you visit either SeaWorld Orlando or Aquatica. The ticket expires 14 days after first use irrespective of how many times it is used.

    ​​​​​​​Can I visit both SeaWorld and Aquatica on the same day with a 2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket?

    Absolutely, you can visit both parks on the same day with the 2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket. With this ticket you have unlimited admission to both SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica for up to 14 consecutive days from first use, meaning you can enter both parks as many times as you like for the duration of your ticket.

    Do I have to book a date for my 2-Park SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Ticket?

Getting your tickets

    Physical tickets for Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Parks are dispatched within 7 days of full payment unless you have paid extra for expedited delivery. 

    We upload Digital Tickets to customer accounts within 5 days of full payment or sooner. Most tickets are uploaded instantly upon full payment but it can take up to 5 days to upload tickets where we are waiting on suppliers to confirm your arrangements.

    How will I receive my Orlando attraction tickets?

    We send branded, gate ready physical tickets for Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Parks in the post unless you have selected digital tickets at the time of booking. Tickets are dispatched within 7 days of full payment, though speedier delivery options - including even next day delivery - are also available. 

    All other Orlando attraction tickets - e.g. Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Centre tickets, LEGOLAND Florida are fulfiled with gate-ready digital tickets. These are available to download from your Customer Account within 5 days of full payment or sooner. 

Digital Ticket Fulfilment & Delivery

    I am traveling very soon. Can I receive digital tickets for Disney via email rather than physical tickets in the post from AttractionTickets.com?

    Yes, we offer a choice between physical ticket fulfilment and Digital tickets for the main Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando Tickets including our range of Orlando Combo Tickets. 

    - Digital Universal Tickets are issued immediately upon full payment.

    I have received my Disney ticket number IDs, how do I create my Disney MagicMobile passes?

    Once you receive your Disney Ticket number ID(s), create your Disney MagicMobile passes in a few easy steps.

    1. On receipt of your Disney Ticket Number IDs, set up an account on My Disney Experience
    2. Link your Disney Ticket Number ID(s) to your My Disney Experience account.
    3. Once you have created your My Disney Experience account and linked your Disney Ticket Number ID(s), download the My Disney Experience App.
    4. Set up a Disney MagicMobile pass for each linked ticket in the My Disney Experience App - you can choose from several Disney MagicMobile styles, including ones that animate upon use. 
    5. Add your MagicMobile Pass to the Wallet app on iPhone or the digital wallet on other smart devices.
    6. Follow the steps in the App to create digital passes for other members of your party.

    Disney MagicMobile passes are gate-ready and give instant admission to Disney Theme parks in conjunction with a Disney Theme Park Reservation.  For those that would prefer to have physical tickets, you can take your Disney Ticket numbers to any Will Call/Ticket window located at the entrance of each Disney Park to redeem your Disney Ticket IDs for printed physical tickets. Please ensure you have a valid ID.

    I have purchased a Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Digital Ticket - how will I receive my ticket?

    Gate-ready Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Digital Ticket(s) will be instantly uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment. Tickets can be downloaded to your smartphone and used straight away. If you don't have a smartphone, simply print your digital tickets instead. 

    If I purchase a Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Digital Ticket, can I use it immediately?

    Absolutely! Our Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Digital Tickets are instantly uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment.     How will I receive my Orlando 6 Park Digital FlexiTicket?

    If you choose to purchase a digital version of the Disney 14-Day Magic Digital Ticket, you will receive your Disney ticket number ID(s) via email and also uploaded to your Customer Account within 24 hours of full payment or sooner (if you need your ticket numbers instantly, please call our sales team). On receipt of your Disney ticket number ID(s), create your Disney MagicMobile passes by linking the number ID(s) in My Disney Experience.

    Once you have created your Disney MagicMobile passes, add them to the Wallet app on iPhone or the digital wallet on other smart devices for a contactless way to enter the Disney Parks using your smartphone.     If I purchase a Universal Orlando 2 Park Explorer Digital Ticket, can I use it immediately?

    Yes. Our Universal Orlando 2 Park Explorer Digital Tickets are instantly uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment. Simply log on to your account and download your tickets to your smartphone. Scan the QR code at the entrance to each Universal park for instant admission. Tickets are open-dated and activated the first time you visit either Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure or Universal CityWalk.

Paying my balance

    I have booked Orlando attraction tickets with a deposit. When is my balance due?

    We require you to pay your balance 6 weeks prior to your holiday departure date. We will then send your tickets within 7 days unless you have paid extra for priority delivery. Your balance can be paid sooner if you want your Orlando attraction tickets earlier. 

    I have booked Orlando attraction tickets with a deposit. How can I pay my balance?

    You can pay your balance by logging on to your Customer Account. Alternatively call our Customer Service Team on 0800 223 0324.

    I have booked Orlando attraction tickets with a deposit. Can I pay my balance in instalments?

    Yes, you can and the best way to do this is via your Customer Account.

Refunds and ticket returns

    I have booked attraction tickets on deposit and I want to cancel my order. How do I do this?

    Just call us to let us know that you will no longer be travelling. If you don’t have Flex Plus on the booking, you will lose your deposit or £25 per person whichever amount is lower. If you have Flex Plus on the booking, we will refund you all monies paid minus the cost of the Flex Plus.

    I have already received my Orlando attraction tickets and want to cancel my order. How can I do this?

    Return all tickets to us via Recorded or Special Delivery so they can be tracked to the address below. We will require your order number and a short note to state that you wish to cancel your reservation. There is no need to call us in advance. We will confirm by email once tickets have been received by us although this will likely take a few days so recommend that you check your tracking to confirm when we have received them.

    I have cancelled my booking, how long will refunds take?

    About 10 days from when you inform us that you are no longer travelling. If your booking contains physical tickets, you will receive your refund around 10 days from when the tickets are returned and received by us.
