The ticket purchasing experience was very good however customer service whist on holiday was very disappointing as we had a problem that was not resolved due to the time difference. This resulted in us being overcharged for an experience that could have been resolved. If you sell tickets for experiences in a country that has a 5 hour time difference your customer service should provide a service to match this! It’s not good enough to say we couldn’t help you because there’s no one available in the UK at that time when it is mid day in the USA. Then when you reopened and eventually got back to us it was too late. Provide a service that matches the needs of your customers not 9-5 UK times especially when the vast majority of your business is USA related. When eventually we did get to speak to you the replies we got were very dismissive and we were told to email our complaint but that it wouldn’t alter anything! Unnecessary stress was caused which negatively affected our holiday!

Absolutely fantastic. Orders were simple and easy to use. Discounts were great.I made mistake for LEGOLAND and turned up after date. Jess was amazing- I emailed her from LEGOLAND and she immediately emailed them and we got new tickets within 15 mins at no cost. Above and beyond

Great customer service with the queries I had or changes that needed to be made. Ticket confirmations were received quickly and very straightforward to show the confirmation upon arrival at the park and be issued with a 14 day pass that covered all relevant parks.

Saved a lot on our tickets and it was great that we got them via email so quickly as only bought them a couple days before going to KSC, while we were already in Florida. I also had a query and got help straight away.

Prompt delivery of ticket info. The process of loading tickets is a bit cumbersome, but works when you follow the instructions carefully. The value is good when compared to prices published at the parks.

Honestly, it's cheaper to get it through here, then on the door. Plus you get a free burger per person which saved 7euros. I got the twin ticket. Loro parque was our favourite day, over siam park. As the zoo and shows were incredible

Excellent, great value ,would recommend the insurance as when the price dropped for Black Friday I was able to cancel ,rebook and save over £500 . The staff are super helpful and nothing biscuits too much trouble.
