The 10 Most Spectacular Firework Displays in the World
We have created a list of the top firework displays which should undoubtedly be on your bucket list in 2024!

New York, Dubai, Walt Disney World or London - almost all of the dream destinations listed offer the opportunity to marvel at fantastic fireworks displays, and not just at New Year. National holidays in particular (July 4 in the USA; July 14 in France) offer a fantastic opportunity to watch the sky illuminating with spectacular firework displays!

If you are planning a trip to the entertainment capital of Orlando, you don't need a special holiday such as New Year's Eve or Independence Day, as fireworks are launched every single evening.

Let's take a look at the most beautiful fireworks displays in the world:

10.  Miami Beach, America’s 4th of July Birthday Bash

Bayfront Park in Miami Beach will be celebrating American Independence Day in style on July 4th. There is a children's corner, typical American drinks, music, games, photo stations and much more. The fireworks display in Bayfront Park is one of the biggest in South Florida.

 9. New York, Macy's 4th of July Fireworks

40,000 rockets make Macy's Independence Day fireworks a highlight every year in the city that never sleeps. The famous department store has sponsored this spectacle since 1976, making it an essential tradition for New York. The best view is from Brooklyn Bridge Park, Brooklyn Heights and South Street Seaport.

8. San Diego, Big Bay Boom

San Diego celebrates America’s Independence Day with the Big Bay Boom. The event can be admired from six different viewing areas, from which you have the perfect view of the top-class fireworks display.

7. Orlando, Fantasmic! in Disney's Hollywood Studios

Fantasmic! has already been voted Orlando's best evening show by our customers: the fireworks, the special effects, the music, every part of this show thrills members of the audience. Based on the magical stories of Mickey the Sorcerer's Apprentice, Beauty & the Beast, Sleeping Beauty and Peter Pan, this event is a potential highlight of any Florida vacation.

6. Orlando, Epcot – Luminous: The Symphony of Us

From each area of the World Showcase you have a fantastic view of Luminous: The Symphony of Us, a show that revolves around unity, reminding us we are more alike than different. This sparkling spectacle is a combination of fireworks, fountains, music and light. Many Disney visitors describe this show as the best out of all the firework shows in the entire Walt Disney World Resort.

5. Orlando, Walt Disney World - Happily Ever After

Happily Ever After is the most popular evening show at Walt Disney World Resort Florida. It is an impressive interplay of light, sound and fireworks, all in front of Cinderella's Castle.

The castle also serves as a projection screen for scenes from major Disney films. Many of our favourite characters dance to the fabulously staged musical backdrop and give the audience a feeling of being able to immerse themselves in another world.  These fireworks seem straight out of a fairy tale, an absolute highlight.

4. Dubai, The Burj Khalifa New Year's Eve

We are not surprised that this firework display is one of the largest in the world and breaks records. It is also an extraordinary work of art and should therefore be on every pyro fan's to-do list.

The 2013/2014 New Year's Eve firework display in Dubai was organised by the Burj Khalifa and is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest New Year's Eve fireworks display. The firework display lasted 6 minutes and lit up the sky over Dubai with 500,000 rockets, covering a distance of 100km along the Dubai coastline. This breathtaking firework display was planned for 10 months and controlled by over 100 PCs.

3. San Francisco Bay New Year’s Eve

Don't miss out on this sensational fireworks display: the best view is from the Ferry Building. Standing right between the Oakland Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate Bridge, you have a view in both directions which you will never forget.

2. Las Vegas on New Year's Eve

You can imagine how impressive a firework display might look in the city of lights, because the motto in Las Vegas is "bigger is better".

On New Year's Day, many of the major hotels on the Strip put on top-class firework displays that are as bright and sparkling as the city itself.

Caesars Palace and the Stratosphere Tower put on the most popular firework displays. You can marvel at the fireworks from afar and you don't necessarily have to camp outside the hotels to get the best view at midnight.

The most luxurious nightclubs in Las Vegas can always be found on the roof terraces of the top hotels: whether it's the Foundation Rooms at the Mandalay Bay, the Ghost Bar at the Palm or the Voodoo at the Rio Hotel, these bars offer unforgettable views.

The combination of glamorous nightclubs, exclusive rooftop terraces, the vibrant club atmosphere and the special magic on days like New Year's Eve or the 4th of July make for an explosive experience that is hard to beat.

1. London on New Year's Eve

In London, the motto for New Year's Eve is "don't splash out, splash out". Directly in front of the famous skyline around Big Ben & the London Eye, an incredible New Year's Eve event takes place annually, where seats are limited.
