Enjoy a panoramic view of the stadium from one of the four towers. Walk the perimeter of the pitch, where for over 60 years white legends have played, wept and won.
Step into the Players' Tunnel and feel the nerves and tension right before you take to the pitch. See the venue from the benches and coaching area, from where all perspectives change. One decision can change the course of an entire match...
Access the Presidential Box, reserved for VIPs, dignitaries and special guests. This is the stadium's most exclusive area.

- Real Madrid Stadium Guided Tour
A ‘must do’ for all football fans, with the help of an expert guide, discover the famous Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home of Real Madrid Football Club.
Departs:
April to October Mondays & Thursdays. November to March Thursdays only.

Explore the Stadium at your own pace while walking in the footsteps of some of the world’s greatest football players.
Departs:
Monday-Fridays year round. Closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Start Times:
The Stadium Tour is available from 9.30 am – 7.00 pm, Monday to Saturday and 10.00 am-6.30 pm on Sundays and public holidays. Opening hours may vary due to club commitments and matches.
Duration:
You can go at your own pace but allow approximately 1.5 hours for this tour.

Terms and conditions for Real Madrid Stadium Tours
Guided tour:
- Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 72 hours prior to the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date.
- According to the schedule of matches, training sessions or special events, Real Madrid reserves the right to change the schedule, and routes or close part of the museum tour.
- Your guide waits with a Julià Travel sign/umbrella at the Bernabeu ticket office, Paseo de la Castellana 140
- Failure to show up at the established check-in time may entail losing the tour.
- Please, be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure time.
- Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
- Important: Please note - Due to the works being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Tour route will be temporarily affected and these areas will not be able to be visited: The perimeter of the playing field; Virtual reality area; The Presidential Box; First team dressing room and the dressing room of the visiting team; Players' tunnel and The press room.
- You can visit the Museum, the 21st-century model of the Santiago Bernabéu, the photo with the Champions Cup and photomontage with players (optional), the panoramic view of the stadium, the Madridista card area and the Official Store.
- Grass has been removed from the playing field.
Self-Guided tour:
- You must take your voucher along to the Julia Travel office at San Nicolas 15 where you will exchange them for your official tour tickets. Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM. If you head directly to Bernabeu without first picking up the tickets from the office, they will not be allowed to attend the tour.
- The lead customer must provide an identity document (ID Card, Passport or driver's license) when exchanging your voucher for the entrance tickets.
- Wheelchair users: Please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
- Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to the schedule of matches, training sessions or special events. Please check the opening schedule before your visit.
- On Match Days the tour will be open until 5 hours before the kickoff, with no access to the dressing rooms.
- Due to the works being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Tour route will be temporarily affected and these areas will not be able to be visited: The perimeter of the playing field; Virtual reality area; The Presidential Box; First team dressing room and the dressing room of the visiting team; Players' tunnel and The press room.
