Departs: Monday, Thursday and Friday at either 10 am or 12 pm
Duration: Approx 1 hour
Check-in: Bernabeu ticket office, Paseo de la Castellana 140. The guide waits with a Julià Travel sign/umbrella.
*Please be aware building work is ongoing at the Stadium and the tour may change at short notice

Terms and conditions for Real Madrid Stadium Guided Tour
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 72 hours prior to the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours. On Match Days the tour will be open until 5 hours before the kickoff, with no access to the dressing rooms.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travellers per guide
- Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
- Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to the schedule of matches, training sessions or special events. Please check the opening schedule before your visit.
- The lead customer must provide an identity document (ID Card, Passport or driver's license) when exchanging your voucher for the entrance tickets.
- *Due to the works being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Tour route will be temporarily affected and these areas will not be able to be visited: The perimeter of the playing field; the virtual reality area; the Presidential Box; the first team dressing room and the dressing room of the visiting team; players' tunnel and the pressroom.
- Exceptionally and due to the works being carried out in the Stadium, Real Madrid finds it necessary to control capacity. Therefore, it may be necessary to select a date and time to access the facilities. Our team will inform you at the time of collecting the tickets.
