Airlink offer a reliable and courteous service between JFK Airport and Manhattan* hotels and with a maximum of 10 passengers per shuttle bus, the number of stops is limited, meaning that you get to your hotel in good time.
On arrival at JFK Airport, simply proceed to the Welcome Center and use the courtesy phone to contact Go Airlink.
You will then be directed to the next available Airlink shared-van transfer to your New York Hotel. Transfers depart every 10-15 minutes from the airports, ensuring waiting time is minimal.
What's more, New York Shared Van Airport Transfers include toll fees and all taxes. In fact, a return transfer with Airlink can save you about £10 per person over taking a taxi.

- There is a maxmimum of suitcase per person and one small carry-on per person.
- Ticket includes toll charges and all taxes. Gratuity is not included.
- On arrival at JFK simply proceed to Welcome Center near baggage clainm and dial 18 from the courtesy phone located in the Welcome Center. You will then be directed to the next available Airlink shared-van transfer to your New York Hotel. Transfers depart every 10-15 minutes from the airports, ensuring waiting time is minimal.
- Children under 3 years of age are free if accompanying a full paying adult. Only one free child per each paying adult.
- Car seats are not provided for children under 3 years of age. The child must sit on the adults lap. If you wish to bring your own car seat, you MUST book and pay for an additional adult seat.
- Passengers must have separate vouchers for inbound and outbound service which have to be presented to driver on arrival and departure either in print of on your smartphone. It is the customer’s responsibility to hand in correct documents to Go Airlink NYC driver. Passengers without proper voucher documentation in hand will be required to pay CASH to the GO Airlink NYC driver.
- Customers should not leave the airport without contacting Go Airlink otherwise they will be considered a no show and no refunds will be offered
- *Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 72 hours prior to the transfer date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours of transfer date
