Riding around Central Park was the highlight of our trip to NYC....

Explore world famous Central Park at your own pace. With over 47 miles of paths covering 843 acres - Central Park provides an excellent ride for bike riders of all levels of fitness and experience. Take a day and enjoy the grandeur of Central Park at your own pace by bike.

Our guide to Central Park Bike Rental

Take a day and enjoy the grandeur of Central Park on your time by taking a bike rental. Your bike rental supplies the helmet, basket and lock – for when you cannot resist an urge to ride the carousel or visit any of the gardens. Enjoy the weather and beauty as you ride in the wind, soaking in the sun and forgetting your cares for a day.

These convenient rentals negate the need for awkward hauling to the park and our prices are inexpensive for a day of excitement for tourist and native alike. You will receive a map for those who don't know which way they want their adventure to take them. When you collect your bike ask for suggestions on routes or unique places to stop for a photo or two and your check in agent will be more than willing to help you including the following;

  • Imagine enjoying the quiet at Strawberry Fields while paying homage to one of the truly great artists of the twentieth century.
  • Monkey around at the NYC Central Park Zoo for an hour or two of frivolous fun. Or better yet, go play with the animals at the Tisch Children's Zoo.
  • Visit any one of the museums that border Central Park. e.g. The American Museum of Natural History or the Metropolitan Museum of Art
  • Take a break and hydrate yourself with a gondola ride around the lake. A half-hour of pure relaxation in the midst of a blissful day can hardly hurt.
  • Visit the ever-changing Arsenal Gallery inside one of the few buildings older than Central Park itself inside the park, the Arsenal.

Bike rentals in New York ensures endless possibilities for a day of simple pleasures in the heart of Manhattan.
