Disney Resort Hotel, use Extra Magic Hours

If you’re staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, use Extra Magic Hours – these give you the opportunity to escape the crowds and visit the parks outside of regular opening hours at no extra charge.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is currently undergoing refurbishment and work is expected to continue through to the end of August 2025. Guests will be able to see and hear construction - including the lobby - during daytime hours. Most amenities will remain available to Guests.

This upscale restaurant offers Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Guests can also enjoy an award-winning international wine list all set in a beautiful, 190-seat dining room in sun-drenched Provençal colours, with an open-air kitchen. Modern, flavourful dishes that change with the seasons are its forte. The restaurant includes a private, glass-walled dining room that seats as many as 10 guests.
Victoria and Albert’s

The crème de la crème of Disney dining, this is Central Florida’s only five-diamond restaurant, with a seven-course menu that is customised daily and an award-winning wine list. Open for dinner only, the intimate dining room seats just 53, and features a harpist each evening. The coveted Chef’s Table in the kitchen must be booked months in advance.

"Sea" yourself dining here. Nestled on the waterfront, with panoramic views of the lagoon and fantastic views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks and Electrical Water Pageant this creative seafood restaurant serves a huge selection of fresh seafood both from local waters and around the globe, also serving the ever popular whole-steamed Maine lobster.
Reservations are highly recommended and can be made 180 days prior to your stay.
Grand Floridian Café

Drink in the sweeping views along the veranda that overlooks the courtyard and sparkling pool. Specialities include wonderful salads, soups, sandwiches and creative entrées for lunch, and steak and fresh seafood for dinner.

In my opinion the park has improved from my previous visits and there is also work being done in the park. It was very busy when I was there and that was in early July so waiting times for many of the rides were roughly 45 minutes plus. I like the fact there are so many photographers around doing photo pass/memory maker. This park ticket was included in with the other disney parks on a 14 day for 7.

This ticket was part of the disney 14 day pass, is it good value for money, not sure but compare to other packages yes. This park in my opinion, does the best firework display at the end of the day and it is a joy to watch.

I love Magic Kingdom it is one of my favourite parks. There have been a number of changes to the park since from my last visit. The park is not just about roller coasters it has something for everyone from the boat ride of Small World to Pirates of the Caribbean. I was there at the beginning of July so the parks were very busy and hot. Our ticket was part of a 14 day pass which allowed us the freedom to hop between parks.

This is part of the disney 14 day ticket which allowed us to visit as many times as we wanted. Its a good park with a good variety within it. I thoroughly enjoyed the avatar ride and would happily do it again and again.

Nice water park to escape the theme parks. The wave pool was the highlight. We’ve never seen a wave pool as big and if you like them, you don’t want to miss this one. The range of other slides we don’t think were as good as Blizzard beach but it was still nice to have a slightly more chilled out day.

I feel this park is completely underrated. I didn’t have much expectations for this one so was pleasantly surprised. It’s beautiful inside with lots of animals to see on your way round. The queues were nowhere near as big as in the other parks (except perhaps the Avatar but you can get a single fast pass for this one) so we managed to do more rides here. The safari experience was great and a bit different.

Amazing theme park but it is big and felt like there was so much walking. In the heat with a 9 and 10 year old we couldn’t cover it all. Only managed three rides as the queues were huge and the heat was unbearable. We went back one evening for the fireworks and a visit to the Space 220 restaurant which was a great experience.
