Disney start date change request

• Disney Magic Ticket prices are date specific. If you request a new Disney Magic Ticket start date, the price of your ticket may go up and the difference in price will be payable. If this is the case, we will contact you before actioning your request to confirm you are happy to proceed.
• The start date you provide will only affect your Disney Magic Tickets. If you have booked a combo ticket, the Universal or SeaWorld tickets are valid for entry anytime in a specific year rather than for a specific date and these tickets will be unaffected.
• Requests to change your Disney Magic Ticket start may take up to 72 hours to acknowledge. 
• You will receive an instant email confirmation that your start date change request has been placed followed by a second email within 72 hours containing your new Disney Magic Ticket Number IDs with a new start date. If your booking is currently on a deposit status, you will be emailed a revised invoice to confirm the start date change.

PLEASE NOTE:  IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR TICKETS AND HAVE BOOKED DAYS AT DISNEY, THE TIME BETWEEN US VOIDING YOUR EXISTING TICKETS AND ISSUING NEW DIGITAL TICKETS WILL ONLY BE ONE HOUR. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RETAIN YOUR DISNEY DAYS SO LONG AS YOU LINK YOUR NEW DISNEY TICKET NUMBERS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF US VOIDING YOUR EXISTING TICKETS. SENDING US THE CHANGE OF DATE REQUEST DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY VOID THE TICKETS. WE WILL VOID THEM MANUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS AND SEND YOU NEW DIGITAL TICKET NUMBERS WITHIN A HOUR OF THE VOID HAPPENING.

If you have already received your Disney Magic Tickets and booked your Disney Park Reservations

• To change the start date of your Disney Magic Ticket, we will need to void your current Disney Magic ticket and send replacement tickets. After voiding your existing tickets, new tickets will be available to download within the hour so that you can protect your Disney park reservations
• Any confirmed Disney Park Reservations will be lost unless you link your Park Reservations to your new Disney Ticket Number IDs within 24 hours of your original tickets being voided. It is your responsibility to ensure you link your Park Reservations to your new Disney Ticket IDs within this time frame and AttractionTickets.com cannot be held responsible if you lose confirmed Disney Park reservations as a result of you amending the Disney Magic Ticket Start Date.
• We recommend checking Disney Park Pass Availability before requesting a start date change.
• New Disney Magic Tickets with the revised start date will be sent as digital tickets, not physical tickets. These can be accessed in the Customer Account section of our website once your Disney Magic start date amend request has been processed. Follow the instructions to set up a Disney MagicMobile pass for each ticket on My Disney Experience.
• The physical Disney Magic Tickets in your possession will no longer work for access to the parks or any Walt Disney World services once we process your request to amend your Disney Magic Ticket start dates. However, you can keep them as souvenirs and you can also use your new Digital ticket numbers to pick up new physical tickets from Guest Services in Orlando.
