Unable to see out of bus windows if seated downstairs. Weather rainy and only half top deck was covered other buses top deck all covered. No tour guide only headphones which not always available or did not wogk

We had to carry around paper receipts, which were bulky and got wet when it rained all day.Some kind of card would have been easier. It was also difficult to locate the bus stops and we underestimated how big New York City was.

attractions was good but the hop on hop off was quite poor had to wait at least 40mins for a bus whilst several of the other type of bus came what we was not allowed on then to listen to a guy tell us about his own family in New York only used it the once, quicker to walk.

The hop on hop off buses were excellent. Commentary was superb, buses clean and we managed to catch them without waiting too long. We paid for vip access which was never necessary. Terrible wait to exchange voucher for tickets - 55 minutes -in visitors centre because staff were up selling other attractions to every customer which took forever,

Did all bus tours and enjoyed them all especially the night tour. Top of the rock at twilight was tops by far, (even got a free firework display from Central Park while up there).

1) Empire State was awesome. 2) Liberty Island and Ferry was really good. 3) Harbor Ferry was ok. Female member of staff refused to stamp our tickets so we could not visit 911 the Memorial Museum. 4) Hop on Hop Off buses were good if not let down by the 500 Greyline Bus sales reps trying to sell you more stuff and guides asking for tips at end of journey....I know it is expected but they should not ask!!! Think we just had our money's worth....just!

Absolute disaster, you get told by a gray line representive that the night tour runs from 6-10pm so we waited from 8pm to do this tour and eventually one arrives saying the night tour finishes at 7:45pm. Not happy

Brilliant, a good way to see New York, Empire State Building was fantastic no lines, Statue of Liberty and Ellis island great attraction, picked my tickets up in madam tussauds, only the eat and dine ticket was missing, and $10 off Hard Rock Cafe was also not included but still was good value
