- *Uffizi Gallery Tour Ticket: During the booking process, we will request a preferred date and time for your Uffizi Gallery visit and reserve the first available ticket for that time. Once booked, the timeslot and instructions to redeem your voucher will be forwarded to you.
- You need to arrive at the meeting point 1 hour in advance of your booked gallery starting time to exchange your voucher for tickets with your passport or ID card, including children (photos on mobiles are accepted).
- Please note - Between 17th August and 30th September, stop 11 of Line A will be suspended.
- You must exchange your voucher before arriving at the gallery to join the tour.
- Please note - even though you have skip-the-line access to the Uffizi Gallery, you should still be prepared to wait in line for the security check.
- You can get off and on the buses as many times as you like over a 24- or 48-hour period.
- The bus is accessible by wheelchair.
- Routes and stops are subject to change without notice.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 72 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours
