Tried to use the card at the participating stores but they were not aware of it so wouldn't accept it. Had to locate the pick up point on first day so the start of our holiday was disrupted as our plans had to fall around this.

Couldn’t use pass because you can’t pick it up went to 2 places and both said hadn’t offered that service for 6-9months so well before I had bought it don’t buy glad it was a waste of a small amount of money if was expensive I would have been demanding money back

Purchased the eat and play card for New York. In the 4 days we were there didn't use it at all. McDonalds only accepted it in certain locations and not the one closest to us. Primarily got the card for Macys. No fault of the card but really disappointed with the shop. Went to one of the shoe shops listed and it was moving, due to reopen in 3 months! Thought Planet Hollywood was included but when looking over our meal couldn't see it on the list provided with the card so used the discount from the New York pass we had.

Not many places that WE went to in NYC recognised this card so a waste of money to us. If you have time and can book in advance then you might get to use the restaurant discount. Florida has much more choices so better value.

Picked up card from the Empire State Building and used it in 2 nearby locations. Legends and Hartlands Brewery. Both were 15-20% off

Tried to use card in many places advertised , but told they no longer excepted the card.So the card was a waste of money because we didnt use it.

Again restaurants didn't exist! Some didn't even know about the card and we were not entitled to the discount. A complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

We tried to use the card countless times in New York but were unable to. Even places like McDonalds had restrictions on its use eg only certain restaurants, only certain food, only certain amounts etc. A total total waste of money!

We purchased this card at a cost of £15 and when we go to New York, we were given an eat and play card for free with the New York ticket we had purchased from your website. No one told us we would get it for free and so we wasted our £15.

Can be used in many restaurants in central NYC, used in a couple of shops. Most places knew what it was without needing to explain. TGI Fridays has recently been removed from list and that was a bit disappointing
