Met in street our time slot was 1:30 and we had to wait for another 45 minutes because their representative asked us to wait for any other customer which cause us to lose our time and to wait in a long queue while we paid for the escape queue and the other service mentioned as bad

This ticket option is very expensive compared to the same ticket directly from the Eiffel tower. All you get extra is a man to show you across a road and guide you through the entrance which really is not needed. Buy in plenty of time direct from the Eiffel Tower as this company is a rip off!

Rude staff ! Appointment booked on tickets for 7 at night they told me 10 at night when I got there. The staff were rude and unhelpful and I lost £140 because of this time change as I had dinner reservations at 9:00 and would not make it back in time for the 10:00 appointment.
