Cancel or Change Bookings for FREE
Our Universal Orlando Resort Hotel cancellation and amendment policy is designed to be as flexible as possible.
- Refundable Rooms: You can cancel or change your booking for free up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not receive a refund.
- Non-Refundable Rooms: These room types offer a better price point, but cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, 2 changes to your booking are allowed.
- Amendments: All room types allow the first two changes free of charge. Any further changes will incur a £50 per booking amendment fee.
Price Differences: Any price difference resulting from a change will be applied to your booking.
