Our tickets were very easily purchased through yourselves and we found the collection process extremely easy once arriving at the park. The added bonus of having our parking and meals already included made it really good value for money! Would definitely buy again.

LOVE Aquatic, it is great value with the multi park ticket. The food options are not great, the food was cold and lots of wasps on the coke machine. We also found the coke was never fizzy. But he park overall is great, fab slides, plenty of floats for the rides.

On arrival at seaworld we was told the tickets had already been used. The car park attendant told us to pay for the parking and discuss the issue with guest services. This was refused as why should I pay another $32 when parking is already included in the seaworld tickets. After waiting for a manager to come to the gate who verified the tickets had not been used. The manager said the vouchers from ATD do not work with there system and show incorrect information. 3 days free dining what a nightmare if you visit Aquitica first and get a wrist band. Your tickets then no longer work for the food and you need the original wrist bands. At no point does anyone tell you this. Overall we wasted nearly 90 minutes between the manager coming to validate the tickets and queuing at guest services to sort the food that we had already paid for. Drinks are poor, food is poor don't bother with the all day dining, it's more of an headache than it's worth.

Our 3rd visit to Aquatica in 8 years and it doesn’t feel like much has changed in that time. It’s starting to feel a bit dated and probably needs an overhaul. Unfortunately our visit this time was interrupted by some bad weather so we didn’t get to spend as much time there as we would have liked. We had the meal option (meaning we could get food/drinks every 90 minutes) but found getting the wrist band for this very difficult which felt completely unnecessary having got it quite easily in SeaWorld. The food options weren’t great though when we eventually sorted it out. I don’t think we’ll be rushing back to Aquatica until it’s had a revamp.

Weather meant the rides kept closing. If visiting try to pick a good day for sunshine. Generally the park was good.

least favourite park however the day we went was very busy.. We found other water parks we visted in Orlamdo to be cleaner and have better facilities amd less cues

Great water park, great slides and rivers, very clean and tidy. Food and drink plus parking included in ticket so your days there are literally free. Only negative is the cost of a locker, 3 of us with bags so had to get a locker which cost me $50 for the day which I thought was a bit overpriced as you couldn't just leave your bags lying around.

Aquatica is one of the best water parks and suits all ages! We as a family love the lazy river, we visited in July 2025 and the water was like bath temperature! Good selection of water slides along with beach and wave pool.

Recommend getting your ticket printed out by someone and not use the ticket machines as it didn’t print out my ticket because they kept breaking got given a replacement ticket because I had all day dining and every time I showed a staff member they weren’t sure what to do staff where lovely and kind though.
