Everything they said would happen, happened exactly as we were told. From collect the magic bands at Disney springs to the instructions on how to activate everything and how to use memory maker. It was perfect. The staff were so helpful even though we are in Australia they rang us when they said they would and they were just incredible! Highly recommend if you want a trip where everything was taken care of to perfection

The 'tickets' are just emailed PDF files. As my party are not exactly tec savvy regarding the use of mobile phones I printed the PDF files out. We were then advised to go to Down Town Disney to get the paper docs converted to actual passes before we tried to gain entry to the Disney parks. The last time I purchased Disney tickets I was sent actual tickets that you could use straight away. I don't know why this has changed? but it would have been good to of had an option of normal passes being sent out or using mobile phones. Getting the tickets converted at Down Town Disney was a bit time consuming.

A must see is a visit on 31st October with all the streets decorated in pumpkins, then go back on the 1st November and its all decorated for Christmas. Its Disney Magic.

By far our favourite park. Having children with additional needs they found the interactive rides at this park amazing. The moana walk through experience was a great experience. Epcot is great in the day but also it’s a must to visit at night.

Magic kingdom was one of our favourite parks. We also purchased extra tickets for the Mickey”s Very merry Christmas party through attraction tickets which was amazing. Again the ease of the free magic bands was a great addition to park days.

We went once to Disneys Hollywood studios using attraction tickets. Great park and having the ease of free magic bands provided by attraction tickets was great. Was really easy to link the tickets to the magic bands allowing quick entry.

Really nice park again. Along with several park rides, for adults and kids, there is also a Safari adventure where you hop on a vehicle for a tour through the animal sanctuary. Even get to spot the hippo under water in his element.

All the Disney characters that kids know and love. Even on "not busy" days it is still busy. The fireworks at the evening were stunning, just as you would expect from Disney.
