Your Go City Sydney All-Inclusive Pass will be available for download shortly after your booking, meaning you can begin planning your itinerary straight away and use your card as soon as you arrive in Sidney. Simply print out your card or present it directly on your mobile device in order to get into each attraction.

Terms and conditions for Go City: Sydney All-Inclusive Pass
- The Go City app has everything you need to plan the perfect trip.
- Some featured attractions may require advanced reservations. The steps required for making reservations may be found under the 'Reservations' section of the Go City Sydney All-Inclusive Pass digital guidebook (download instructions will be included with your documentation). It is your responsibility to check each attraction’s admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go.
- Your pass is valid for use within 1 year of purchase.
- Visiting your first attraction activates your pass.
- It then remains valid for the number of consecutive calendar days purchased (not 24-hour periods).
- We recommend starting in the morning to maximise your time. You can visit each attraction once.
- Simply show the QR code on your pass at your choice of attraction to enter.
- Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date provided that you have not already used your ticket to pre-book attractions.
