I have used attraction tickets many times with no issues ( but I had never tried to cancel or modify anything ). On our last trip one of our party didn’t travel so I applied for a refund on one of tickets ( before travel date as per attraction tickets terms and conditions ). They refused to pay out as I was told I had applied too late ( not the case )! I have given up fighting their customer services ( or lack of it ) but will never use or recommend them again

We had a promo ticket for 50% of the gate price which was worth it. While spoiled from the UK Legoland the park was great fun in the sun and had a great mini city and some fun rides. One day was enough for us. It was easy to purchase the tickets online and download them. We have used attraction tickets before and will again. Always a great service.

Excellent prices for a full day park ticket. Arrived at the park half hour before rope drop and exchanged vouchers directly with turnstile staff and walked straight in at opening time. Full day of Lego fun with minimal crowds (end of August) and left the park around 5pm having experienced low waits and having done all we wanted.
