Well organized tolls and car parking. Bays for disabled guests close to park entrance. Park wait times fair although some issues on some rides due to technical/temporary faults. Park staff always pleasant and helpful.

Excellent park just a shame you have to pay if you want to join the lightening lane otherwise you can wait for over an hour this use to be included in your tickets from the uk not any more

We purchased 14 day Disney and Universal Combo tickets which came with various 'free gifts' - the most useful of which was the complimentary Disney Memory Maker included with each adult ticket. The prices were very competitive, booking procedure was simple and efficient and provision of the tickets timely - thoroughly recommend.

A good park, but not a patch on the Universal parks. Disney need to up there game if they want to compete. With Universal introducing the Marvel Universal park next year they might have Orlando sown up from 2025.

Great park. Only downside with the whole purchase was not receiving actual tickets. Having to take voucher to a ticket window isn’t great. Also having to go to Disney springs for your magic bands is a real pain. Apart from this everything was good.

The rides are good but the park is quite small and there are not many rides. There is only 1 smoking area outside the gate of the park which is not ideal.

We love Disney’s Hollywood studios, as big fans of Star Wars my husband and son can spend hours being immersed in the surroundings of Batuu and the drinks at Oga’s cantina were amazing.
