  • Please note that this experience is non-changeable and non-refundable.
  • You will receive a voucher for this experience. Please read it thoroughly.
  • Nearest Train Station: Kew Bridge.
  • Nearest Underground: Kew Gardens.
  • Bus Routes: 65, 391, 237 or 267.
  • The treetop walkway, Climbers & Creepers, the Children’s Garden, the galleries, Kew Palace and Kew Explorer are currently closed.
  • Bicycles, tricycles, roller skates, skateboards, micro-scooters, balace bikes and other vehicles (except powered wheelchairs) must be left at the gate.
  • Customers will need to arrive within 45 minutes of their time slot.
  • Cancellation Policy: Your tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before your visit. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.

    Entry to the Gardens is advance booking only. You will need to pre-book your time slot.

    Yes any ticket purchased on our site, you can just show the confirmation number on your phone (once you have downloaded the voucher we send you), or you can print and take it with you if you prefer.

  • Can I visit Kew Gardens with the RHS subscription?

    No Kew Gardens is not part of the RHS membership.

  • Where is my Kew Gardens ticket?

    Your voucher will be ready in your customer account after payment. You can then download to take with you at any time.

  • Does my ticket to Kew Gardens include the Children's Garden?

    To let the kids loose in the Children's Garden, add a free play session for each child to your main Kew Gardens ticket when you pre-book your time slot online. This will allow you to select a 60-minute session in advance of your visit. Tickets will then be scanned either from paper or a mobile device upon entry to the Children’s Garden.

  • How can I buy a ticket to Kew Gardens?

    We have a few ticket options to visit Kew Gardens. These include this ticket only to Kew Gardens and Palace or ticket to Kew Gardens and Palace with cream tea for two (ideal as a gift). Kew Gardens is also featured on our London multi attraction passes such as London Pass or London Explorer Pass.
