Had a long queue for a bus and it didn’t seem too many were running for the number of paid passengers. Didn’t find the first stop particularly interesting and had to wait for bus to arrive to continue tour. Give it a miss. An interesting day but a long journey to and from Cape Canaveral. Nice to do once but not sure I would repeat.

Ok so we went on a rainy day along with the rest of the world. We needed to queue at the ticket office to get our physical tickets and dining vouchers. We then joined the queue for the Bus Tour. An hour and a half standing until we got on the bus! There were 7 in our party and ordering our lunch was hell. Each order had to be entered and paid for separately as it would only accept one voucher per order. By the time I ordered mine, the 7th one I had lost the will to live let alone eat. Not enough seating and the younger members ended up sitting on the floor to eat. Not ideal. We had visited Kennedy many years ago and I had high hopes for an exciting day for our Grandkids especially after witnessing the Artemis 11 launch a few days previous unfortunately it missed the mark on so many things.

Ticket had to be redeemed at a ‘Will Call’ desk where there was a long and slow line, with only 2 windows open. When my turn to verify my ticket could see why - the member of staff was slow and confused and struggled to verify from the information I had been given. The space centre itself was interesting, but did not expect Disney lines, with 60-90 min wait for the bus tour, bus tour return journey and many attractions. Additional staff around each attraction would have been helpful for questions.

booking was straight forward. the ticket was good value as it included a voucher for the cafe too ( which was enough to buy a lovely poke bowl and drink). It was cheaper than buying directly. We had to go to a booth at the entrance to convert our ticket into an official ticket but there was no queue for that at 8.45am.

Getting tickets no problem. But our day at Kennedy space centre was not as good . First cashless to start off with, food was disgusting and so were the restrooms. Staff at quick service had a huge chip on their shoulders, so disrespectful to paying customers. The good thing was the coach driver and the actual rockets and shuttle . I won’t be going again for long while.
