    Spanning 3,317 sq ft of fully air-conditioned living space, this elegant six-bedroom villa sleeps up to twelve guests and is perfectly suited to one or two families sharing. The home is light and spacious throughout, with an open-plan living area designed for easy days together, from relaxed breakfasts before the parks to cosy evenings in front of the TV.

    The fully-equipped kitchen features everything you need for self-catering stays, including a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, while the dining area seats eight guests for meals together. The main family room opens directly onto the pool deck, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation.

    Outside, the east-facing pool deck is ready for laid-back Florida living, with a private swimming pool, spa, sun loungers, and a covered porch with a table and four chairs for al fresco dining. Back indoors, the upstairs loft room adds another great hangout space, complete with a large TV and air hockey table.
