    Step inside and you’ll find a bright, single-storey layout with a contemporary feel throughout, offering 1,658 sq ft of living space. The open-plan heart of the home makes it easy to socialise, whether you’re cooking, dining, or kicking back after a big day of adventures. The living room is made for downtime, with a 65” flat-screen TV, a full-size sleeper sectional chaise, and extra seating, plus direct access out to the pool and patio for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Meals are easy, with a dining table to seat six, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for three, and an additional eat-in kitchen pub table for two.

    Outside, your screened, south-facing pool area is a little slice of Florida bliss, complete with a covered lanai, outdoor ceiling fan, dining furniture, and loungers for soaking up the sunshine. And for a change of pace, the games room brings the fun with a pool table, foosball, dartboard, and an arcade-style basketball wall game, plus a wall-mounted ductless air conditioner to keep things cool while the competition heats up.
