    • Is there parking at Windsor Hills Resort?

      Yes, free parking is available at Windsor Hills Resort. Villas and townhouses include on-site driveway parking, with single-family homes typically offering two spaces and townhomes one. Additional overflow parking is available at the clubhouse and the recreational park.

      A maximum of three vehicles are permitted per property address, and street parking is not allowed. Vehicles must not block sidewalks or be parked on grass. Motor homes, trailers and RVs must use the designated oversized vehicle lot near the Recreation Park. For added peace of mind, the resort gatehouse is manned 24/7.

      Windsor Hills Resort’s location in Kissimmee makes it one of the most convenient bases for an Orlando theme park holiday. Walt Disney World is only 2 miles away (around a 10-minute drive) while Universal Orlando Resort is about 16 miles away. SeaWorld Orlando and LEGOLAND Florida are also within easy reach, as are the shops and restaurants of Lake Buena Vista and Celebration.

      It’s worth noting that Windsor Hills Resort doesn’t currently operate a shuttle service to the parks, so we recommend arranging your own transport, such as ride-sharing or a hire car.
