Please note that Shrek's Adventure! London will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout January. If guests plan to visit Shrek’s Adventure! London on a multi-attraction ticket, they will need to book outside of these days/dates.

At the time of booking, you are booking the date/time of your visit to Shrek's Adventure! London.
Before you visit the London Eye, you must reserve your time slot in advance to ensure a seamless experience. To book your London Eye visit, simply click on the book link on your ticket. Visit dates are subject to availability - please book your attractions at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
All visits must be completed within 7 days of your visit to the London Eye. Tickets expire after 7 days irrespective of whether you have visited all the attractions.
Please note, that the London Eye closes for annual maintenance from Monday 11th to Sunday 24th January 2027. Please be mindful of this when booking your tickets.
Duration: approximately. 75 minutes. The London Eye experience includes a 30-minute rotation
Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years or over.
Infants under 2 years old can enter Shrek's Adventure! London & the London Eye and are free of charge but must have a valid ticket.
No more than THREE infant tickets (0-1 years) can be purchased in one transaction.
Wheelchair users must book a wheelchair slot before visiting each attraction.
Suitcases or large items of hand luggage are not permitted for security reasons
