Orlando villa communities are perfectly positioned for easy access to the area’s top attractions. Many are just 15-30 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, 25-40 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, and around 20-35 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando, depending on location and traffic. This makes it easy to plan park days without long journeys, then return to a calm, comfortable space at the end of the day.

All of our Orlando Villas have a private pool, many of which even include a Hot Tub/Spa. All pools have either alarms or gates to ensure peace of mind when travelling to Orlando with children. In most Communities, Villa pools are covered with lanai to keep them clean – but you’ll still feel like you’re outdoors when swimming in or relaxing by the pool. If you prefer a completely open pool, we recommend looking for ChampionsGate Villas or Reunion Villas, as these don’t have lanai covering their pools.
