    This elegant 4,053 sq ft villa is fully air-conditioned and has been tastefully furnished throughout, offering a bright and spacious home-away-from-home for larger groups. The open-plan family and kitchen area leads straight out to the paved pool deck, creating an easy flow between indoor relaxation and outdoor living.

    The fully-equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators with ice and water dispensers, two dishwashers, a microwave, and coffee bar, making self-catering simple for busy families. There’s also breakfast bar seating for four and a dining area seating ten, ideal for casual breakfasts, group meals, and relaxed evenings in.

    Outside, the private swimming pool and spa are ready for sunny Florida days, with an outside shower, covered dining space, and sun loungers for kicking back by the water. Indoors, guests can enjoy a movie room with seating, a large screen, and projector, plus a games room with ping pong, three large TVs, and two PlayStation 5 consoles.
