Your ticket includes admission to the game with a choice of multiple seat categories and roundtrip transportation.

Transfers are available from International Drive, Disney, and Kissimmee areas. You will be advised of your pick-up times when you reconfirm the details locally before the game but it will be 2-3 hours before the game. Please note villa pick-ups are not possible.

- Orlando Magic Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Minimum of two people required for transfers to operate.
- Transfers are available from the following locations: Margaritaville Resort Orlando, 8000 Fins Up Circle, Kissimmee, Florida 34747, Golden Corral LBV, 8707 Vineland Ave, Orlando, FL 32821 and Orlando Starflyer at Icon Park Orlando, 8265 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819. You will be picked up around 3 hours before the game time.
- Advanced reservations are required. Please select your chosen date at the time of booking.
- Specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
- Bags and backpacks are prohibited for Orlando Magic events at Amway Center except for parent bags and medical bags. Small clutches no larger than 4 inches x 6 inches x 1.5 inches are also allowed.

What happens if I miss my pickup?
We strongly recommend that you arrive at your pickup location 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time. The bus will depart on time with no exceptions. No refunds will be issued if you miss the pickup.
Is the Ultimate Seating section located on the courtside?
No, Ultimate seating should not be confused with courtside seating (feet on the floor). Ultimate seats are located in the first seven rows of bowl seating and included additional great benefits such as access to the Fields Ultimate Lounge (all-inclusive food and beverages) and a VIP entrance. The incredible sideline views will let you experience NBA action like nowhere else.
When does the Ultimate Seating open?
You can access the arena approximately 90 minutes before the game.
