The Green Planet Dubai + The View at The Palm Combo Ticket – Summer Offer

• Important Ticket Information – Please Read Before Booking: Please note that tickets are not delivered instantly and are manually processed during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM UK time). If you are ordering from the UAE, please consider the time difference. Same-day ticket delivery is only available during these hours and our dispatch team does not operate on weekends or evenings. If you are on your way to the attraction or already at the gate, please be aware that your tickets may not be processed in time if your order is placed outside of business hours. We strongly recommend booking in advance during our business hours to avoid any delays or disappointment.
• This is a combo ticket valid for one-time entry to both The Green Planet Dubai and The View at The Palm (Level 52 access only).
• The ticket is valid for 7 consecutive days from the date of first use.
• Both attractions must be visited on or before 30 September 2025.
• The View access is restricted to off-peak hours only (subject to availability and venue operating hours).
• Visitors can choose to start at either attraction – no fixed order required.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the combo ticket.
• This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
• Your tickets will be available to download from your customer account 7 days before your departure date.
• If you book within 7 days of travel, same-day ticket delivery is available Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Please note that our dispatch team does not operate on weekends or evenings, so be sure to factor this in when placing your order. Your tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible during our working hours.
• Tickets are open-dated and can be activated at any time before the printed expiry date
• Please note that some animal encounters may incur an additional charge locally.
• Green Planet™ Dubai's opening hours are subject to change. Please check the latest opening hours before your visit.
• All guests entering The Green Planet™ Dubai are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at the main entrance.
• For Infants (under 2 years), proof of age is required. If at the time of entry, the infant is 2 or above, the responsible adult will need to purchase a correct ticket at the gate.
• Children under 13 years need to be accompanied by an adult 18+ and must be accompanied at all times. Children will not be allowed to leave the Green Planet™ Dubai without a parent or guardian.
• Food and beverages are not allowed inside the facility.
• Tickets do not include car parking fees and parking is subject to availability.
• The Green Planet™ Dubai reserves the right to alter the opening and closing time, remove or cancel any part of the experience for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety, operational issues, maintenance, special events and private functions.
• You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your chosen time at The View. Latecomers will not be admitted.
• Large bags, shopping bags and/or strollers must be kept in lockers located near The View entrance. 
• The entire View experience in Level 52 is wheelchair accessible. 

*Cancellation Policy:

Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before travel. Once tickets have been processed, they are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Cancellations within 7 days of travel are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
