Duration:
The Sea Lion Meet & Greet at Atlantis Dubai takes place at Atlas Village and lasts around 30 minutes, including the briefing. Your Aquaventure World water park ticket gives you full same-day access.

Atlas Village is located within Atlantis the Palm Hotel on Palm Jumeirah.

Terms and conditions for Sea Lion Meet & Greet at Atlantis Dubai with Full-Day Waterpark Access
- Participants of the Sea Lion Meet & Greet experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”.
- Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself.
- The maximum number per experience is 15 participants
- This experience is for all ages. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above.
- Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access.
- A maximum of 2 children under 12 per adult is accepted.
- One complimentary printed photo per paid ticket will be provided after the experience.
- Filming or taking videos of any kind is not permitted at Atlas Village.
- For the safety of the animals, all jewellery and accessories have to be removed before entering the water.
- Long wetsuits are provided and required for the Sea Lion Encounter experience. Please note that only Atlas Village wetsuits/vests will be permitted during the experience.
- Sea Lion Point is located in Atlas Village inside Aquaventure Waterpark.
- If you are arriving by car, please park your vehicle at the Aquaventure Waterpark parking area. To reach the parking, turn right at the first roundabout after exiting the tunnel that leads to Atlantis, The Palm. From there, a shuttle will take you to the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza, where your adventure begins.
- Your Aquaventure water park ticket gives you full same-day access.
- *Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given if your reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours outside the scheduled event. A 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event. No-shows are charged 100% of their reservation amount.
