Your ticket entitles two adults entry to The View from The Shard and a three-course lunch or dinner at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Company.
With no time constraints on your visit to the Shard, you are at leisure to soak in these breathtaking views from the indoor viewing gallery on Level 69 or the awe-inspiring open-air platform on Level 72, where you can revel in vistas extending up to 40 miles in every direction. You'll be left to feel on top of the world as you gaze out across the whole of London and beyond, with unobstructed views of London's most famous landmarks all around you. Whether you choose to visit in daylight or at night, The View from The Shard is an experience that you'll treasure for years to come.
As part of this remarkable experience, you'll indulge in a delightful three-course meal for either lunch or dinner at Marco Pierre White's London Steakhouse Co. Upon your arrival, you'll be welcomed with a glass of Champagne for each guest. You can then select from a diverse array of dishes for each course, accompanied by a side to complement your main. To commemorate your visit, you'll receive a boxed London Steakhouse Company Apron as a memento.
If you wish to add extra sides, they are available starting at £5.25. Tea and coffee are also on offer at an additional cost.
Kindly note that a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be applied to your bill.
Please take into account that The London Steakhouse restaurant is not situated within The Shard itself, so ensure you allocate 15-20 minutes for travel between the two venues. It is up to you whether you visit The Shard before or after your meal but either way, you're sure to enjoy a day out to remember with this magnificent experience for two.
Duration: A standard visit to the Shard lasts approximately one to two hours. Please allow 1 hour 45 minutes for your meal.

- Adults are deemed to be 18 and over
- Children are deemed to be between 4 and 17
- Children aged 4 or under are admitted free of charge
- All under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- There is disabled access to The View - please check for full details at the time of booking
- No same-day bookings. Please note you must pre-book your experience 24 hours in advance. Failure to do this may result in refused entry.
- Dates are released 3 months in advance.
- Soft drink alternative for those under 18
- A discretionary 9.5% service charge will be presented with the bill and a £1.50 cover charge per person.
- Additional drinks and side orders are not included but can be purchased on the day.
- The experience content, equipment used, and restrictions may vary.
- Please note that Friday and Saturday evening bookings can only be made within 48 hours of the experience. Availability for these slots are released at 9:00 am on Wednesday and Thursday of the same week.
- If you book outside of this 48-hour window, your voucher will be applied as credit towards the standard à la carte menu, with the value deducted from your final bill.
- Please note there is a 48-hour cancellation policy that applies to all meal reservations, after which time you won't be able to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Please allow approximately 1 hour for The Shard visit and 1.5 hours for your meal.
- We recommend bookings at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Please allow time to travel between the two venues. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Please note there is a 48-hour cancellation policy that applies to all meal reservations, after which time you won't be able to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase regardless of the departure date entered. It is your responsibility to have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
- Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Experience vouchers will be issued on confirmation of payment.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase, and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.

Shard and meal was fantastic, only thing to watch out for with the meal is the add on’s hubby ordered steak however basically that’s it if you wanted veg or chips you had to pay for it.
