Season and Opening Hours
Alton Towers Theme Park opens for the 2024 season on 16th March 24 and will be open daily until 10th November 2023. Alton Towers opens at 10.00am with closing times varying through the year.

Terms and conditions for Alton Towers One Day Ticket
- Your Alton Towers Ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking and cannot be used on any other date.
- Children aged 2 years and below go free.
- No more than THREE infant tickets (0-2 years) can be purchased in one transaction.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Parks, attractions or entertainment may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.
- Height and age restrictions apply on certain rides.
- Alton Towers One Day Ticket excludes entrance to the Alton Towers Dungeon and special ticketed events such as Halloween and Fireworks days.
- *CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 48 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours.

Your Alton Towers ticket can be used at any time between now and the end of the current season (within the year it was purchased), as long as you pre-book a reservation slot in advance. There are no refunds for un-used tickets.
