Terms and conditions for Classic Bernabeu, Real Madrid Stadium - Self Guided Tour
- Cancellation Policy: This tour is non-refundable and cannot be amended.
- The ticket is valid only for the selected time and date, as shown on the access ticket.
- All tickets include a €2 per person handling fee.
- Due to various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour may vary its route and schedules, with information provided to visitors at the entrance.On match days, the Bernabéu Tour will be available up to 5.5 hours before kick-off. From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until the stadium reopens the day after, the tour will include only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
- The turf has been removed from the pitch.
- Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
- There are numerous stairs along the route, so it is not advisable to do it with suitcases or baby strollers.
- There is no luggage storage service available.
- Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to the schedule of matches, training sessions or special events. Please check the opening schedule before your visit.
- Please keep your ticket until the end of your visit, as staff may request it at the exit for capacity control purposes.
- Access staff may request official documentation verifying children’s age (ID card, passport, etc.). If not presented, payment of the price difference to the adult rate may be required.
- All bookings for this tour are on a request basis - please allow 72 hours to receive your tour confirmation.
