How to redeem your free second visit;
- Ensure you keep your Twice the Fun ticket from your first theme park visit. You will need the unique barcode number from each of the tickets purchased to unlock your second visit
- Use the URL provided on your ticket to select which second attraction you would like to visit - enter your barcode and select the date you would like to visit (you will need to do this for each ticket on your booking)
- Once you have secured your second visit, just bring your booking confirmation with you on the day and enjoy your second day out!
- Both visits MUST BE TAKEN by 15th May 2026

Terms and conditions for Chessington World of Adventures Resort Twice The Fun Ticket
- Your Chessington World of Adventures Ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking and cannot be used on any other date.
- Persons under 90cm go FREE. If your child is under 90cm, they can visit Chessington World of Adventure for free with the purchase of an individual online ticket. This must be collected at the attraction, height will be checked on entry prior to park admission.
- *CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 72 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
Twice the Fun Terms & Conditions
- Guests who purchase a valid “Twice the Fun” day ticket shall be entitled to one complimentary day ticket to an Attraction (as defined below) of their choice. Subject to availability
- A specific “Twice the Fun” ticket must be purchased within the Offer Period in order to be eligible for this promotion. To be eligible for this promotion, both visits must occur between 30 March 2026 and 15 May 2026, and both visits must be pre-booked with the relevant Attraction. Once a visit has occurred, the other linked ticket shall become non-refundable.
- Twice the Fun ticket offer is only available for tickets purchased online for Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Thorpe Park (the “Attractions”) via either the Attractions’ own website or selected trade partners. Guests may choose to visit a different Attraction on their second visit.
- Tickets are non-transferable and both visits must be booked under the same name and attended by the same guests. Entry may be refused if the lead booker name does not match the name listed on the original booking. Please keep the booking email from your first visit, as it may be required to verify your details for your second visit. The lead booker may be required to provide proof of their identity on arrival at the Attraction.
- Guests under 90cm go free at Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and Chessington World of Adventures Resort. Guests under 120cm go free at Thorpe Park. For further information, please visit the Attraction websites.
- This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- All ticket types are subject to attraction Terms and Conditions of Entry including ride, age and height restrictions. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Thorpe Park. Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18 at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. All ticket prices are subject to change at any time.
