Fantastic experience flying over NY a must do if visiting the big Apple. Maybe a little expensive if I’m honest for the short duration your in the air compared to other helicopter tours around the world.

Unfortunately the trip was postponed on the arranged date ( wedding anniversay) due to weather conditions which was disappointing, but we managed to get it re- arranged. On that date we were again advised it was cancelled due to weather, however on advice of hotel staff we went to the heliport as Liberty had subsequently advised they were flying- we did not recieve any contact from Liberty- other than the original information when we phoned to confim that morning. They did however redeem our voucher and we were able to fly on the rearranged date albeit a bit later than arranged. Helicopter trip was amazing. I understand that weather conditions cannot be helped, but would have liked a bit more proactive contact from Liberty to try to rearrange the trip as we were time limited as to when we could do this.

An amazing experience; well worth the money. A very sleek operation, staff were very efficient and we felt very safe. Seeing New York from above was definitely a highlight of our trip - can thoroughly recommend doing this.

This was amazing the ride was fantastic great views our pilot gave us lots of information on the sits he was taken us over. The only thing I would say we had to pay 5 dollars each for a locker....

Wonderful ride. Could only be improved by a flight over Manhattan but as this is not permitted, it's an extraordinary way to view a special city.

This was a fantastic experience one of the best ways to see New York. Our only disappointment was we didn't read the small print on the website that said we needed to pay an extra £30 dollars each at the terminal. I think this should be clearer.

I was very disappointed in the overall experience, we were an hour delayed from the booked time. For the price of the attraction we found it quite poor, I brought the new York new York ticket for me and my mum for her birthday and I don't see what was any different to any other of the cheaper options. In the description it made out we would see the Yankie stadium which we didn't and also fly over central park and the 9/11 memorial, which we didn't, it was explained after flight restriction now doesn't allow that, but it is misleading with the pictures and information given. I would recommend the experience to friends, I felt I had let my mum down because she was really excited about it. Overall not worth the money. Sorry. *Personal details removed by Feefo*

This was bought as a gift for my daughter. They loved the experience but had seats where they couldn't see very well - not good as they wanted to see New York from the air.

Brilliant!!! I am actually terrified of heights and not a fan of flying either so I don't even know what on earth possessed me to book onto a helicopter tour! I wanted to have the experience & not to regret not doing it while in New York and it was well worth it! The helicopter was really steady and I wasn't scared at all! You are a little squashed in which probably helped me feel more secure. The views were amazing of Manhattan and we got some amazing photographs! Massive thumbs up and well worth the money

Note that if you are buying the New York Pass there is a 15% discount for Liberty Helicopters in there if you book direct- and it started a little cheaper than Attraction Tickets Direct price so worth considering. However we felt it was a great experience

Due to damage sustained with the storm we were unable to depart from usual location and were transported by bus to new location. At the completion of flight we were then returned to pick-up point !

Heicopter flight is not to be missed. Great views of Manhattan and Yankee stadium. We had booked for the Wednesday but as there was rain forecast our hotel phoned Liberty Helicopters and they were very helpful and let us change the flight to the next day.

The day we booked for as a 30th Birthday present we found out whilst there was the same day as the UN Summit. As the President was in town, most of the NYC air space was closed down. We had to call to confirm the booking the day before the flight, and the helicopter people said it would probably be OK to do the full tour. However on the day it wasn't, and we had to have an even shorter Big Apple tour. Check what is happening in NY on the day you book for!!! Helicopter security staff were even more inclusive than airport staff. Be prepared for an all access search!

Pilot was excellent with the information he gave us throughout the tour, however, it was a "information overload" and difficult to contain a lot of it after a couple of hours. It may be a good idea to give one passenger in each group information on an A4 printed leaflet to keep as a souvenir?
