Children enjoying newly received toys on Christmas morning as part of a campaign to spread festive joy to children in need.
Turn unused toys into £5 of Christmas magic for a child in need!
This festive season, give a toy and spread the joy! Donate your child’s unused toys locally, email a photo to AttractionTickets.com, and we’ll donate £5 to The Toy Appeal, helping bring Christmas magic to children across the UK.

Help bring Christmas magic to children across the UK

This festive season, we’ve partnered with The Toy Appeal to launch an initiative aimed at supporting children living in poverty. Our “Give a Toy, Spread the Joy” campaign invites families to donate toys their children no longer use, ensuring more children across the UK can wake up to the magic of Christmas morning.

For every toy donated locally, we’ll contribute £5 to The Toy Appeal. These donations will help the charity provide festive toy sacks to children in need, spreading joy far beyond your local donation.

How the Campaign Works

Inspired by the spirit of Disney’s Toy Story, this campaign focuses on giving pre-loved toys a second life while supporting a wider cause. It's easy to take part and help make a real difference this Christmas.

Step-by-step guide to getting involved

  1. Find a toy your child no longer plays with.
Ensure the toy is clean, in good condition, and marked with the CE safety mark.

  2. Donate it to a local organisation.
Drop off your toy donation at a charity shop, Salvation Army centre, food bank, community centre, or a Dunelm Delivering Joy initiative drop-off point that accepts toys.

  3. Send proof of your donation.
Take a photo of the toy being donated (children’s faces not required) and email it to
    [email protected]

  4. We donate on your behalf.
For every valid photo received, AttractionTickets.com will donate £5 to The Toy Appeal, up to a total campaign cap of £5,000.

Where to Donate

You can donate toys to any of the following:

  • Local charity shops

  • Salvation Army donation centres

  • Participating food banks

  • Community centres accepting toys

  • Dunelm Delivering Joy drop-off points (where toys have been requested by gift recipients)

Please note: The Toy Appeal does not accept physical toy donations. All toys should be donated locally.

About The Toy Appeal

The Toy Appeal is a UK-based registered charity providing toy sacks at Christmas to children aged 2–17 who are living in poverty. Each festive sack contains an average of 7 to 8 carefully selected new toys, including a main present, a stocking filler, a board game or puzzle, an arts and crafts item, a soft toy, a ball or sports toy, and a book.

Since its launch in 2013, The Toy Appeal has supported over 75,000 children, working alongside social workers, food banks, schools, and women’s refuges across the country.

To support their work further, donations can also be made directly via their JustGiving page, helping the charity purchase toys at reduced wholesale prices.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the £5 donation, each photo must clearly show toys in good condition and include the CE mark. Donations must be made to recognised local organisations such as charity shops, Salvation Army centres, community drop-off points, food banks, or Dunelm Delivering Joy locations. AttractionTickets.com will donate £5 for every valid photo received, with one donation made per email or photo submission, not per individual toy. The total donation amount is capped at £5,000, and the campaign will run until this cap is reached or until 12th December 2025, whichever comes first.
