Port Aventura, is brilliant!! The Costa caribe water park is even better!! We have been getting our tickets from ATD. For years and they have brilliant offers all the time, we would not get our tickets from any where else!!!

The theme park itself however was a big disappointment. When a park opens, I expect all of the rides to be open too however this was not the case and upon arrival at the Wild West area, one ride was open and the queue was huge because one ride wasn’t due to open for another hour then the next ride for another hour after that. Plus there was a technical problem with the fourth so after two hours of entering when the gates opened, we had only been on one ride. The rest of the day was spent queuing and whilst in the queue, getting turned away due to technical problems. We also had a three year old with us who measured 1 metre at home but was a centimetre short at the park and subsequently couldn’t not ride anything except the baby stuff. Warning also - be aware that the “5 ride” extra ticket does not allow you to ride the biggest coasters - they are excluded!

Great to have gate ready tickets when the queues are so big once you've gone through security at the park.,you can just walk straight to the gates & scan your ticket and off you go. There was no problems at all it went like a dream thank you Attraction Tickets Direct why buy anywhere else. I will be doing the same for Florida next year.

Really competitive price .I bought Orlando tickets : Walt Disney, Universal, Discovery Cove, Sea world, Busch gardens, Portaventura tickets many years ago ( slightly different name back then)These tickets are proper TICKETS not vouchers.When you purchase from here you can go straight to gates.I would not hesitate to buy tickets from this site again.

The price was good and more than competitive with local prices in the Salou area. However trying to do Portaventura and Ferrari land in 1 day would be hard work. This was a stipulation on the tickets. Having to use the tickets for the 2nd bonus day at Portaventura within 4 days of our 1st visit was also a hard pill to swallow.

The purchase of the tickets were easy however I was refered. By a friend they say you will get a £10 gift card for amazon but I never received it and you cant get in touch with anyone to actually claim it. The park was good however as all parks are they had huge ques and we only managed to get on a few rides. They dont have many maps that I could see and ended up queuing for 2 hours for a kids ride when I thought it was a bigger ride 😳

There was not many shows open in future venture salou when we went disappointed the tickets were easy to use just not happy with the venue price as shows not on .

Gate ready tickets are great however when tickets are purchased we should be free to use them whenever we like. We should not have to pay a lump sum for a flexible ticket nor should they have to be used in 3 consecutive days! People should be allowed a week at least to use their tickets as the theme park is exhausting. I’ve been going to salou since I was a child and the tickets had to be used within 2 weeks! I now take my own children every year. There needs to be more flexibility for people and their kids. It’s so restricting on the holiday. I’ll be buying them in salou next year instead.

Second time using Attraction Tickets. Really easy to use, the price is such great value for money ! We purchased the 3 day Portaventura tickets. When there both times one day tickets alone were around 40 -55 euros each. I paid approximately £78 in total for a 3 day one ! I would always use these to book any tickets I needed.

Amazing park!! Exceeded expectations always compare these parks to Florida but honestly this is well worth a visit…great rides and great layout. Fireworks/show at night is amazing as well.

Purchased 3 days at PortAventura which included main park, Ferrari Land and water park for £63 which was excellent value for money. None of the holiday reps or attraction booths in Salou could match this price! Tickets had to be used on consecutive days which meant we were quite tired at the end of the three days but we had a very enjoyable experience. The parks are very clean and themed well, prices for food are similar to any UK theme park. Our party ranged from 2-62 and there were plenty of rides for everyone. Tickets were emailed to my mobile and entry with the codes for the three days was easy. I have used this company in the past and would definitely use them again.

Very easy website to use, prices are very competitive and easy to download and use tickets. Customer service is excellent, just needed to enquire about access and dates to the park and spoke to Vanessa at Customer care who confirmed everything on the phone and followed up with an email. 5* service

I’ve used Attraction Tickets many times before in the past and always had a good experience but this time I had a very frustrating experience. I purchased 7 3-Day tickets to Port Aventura and Ferrari Land at the beginning of June. We arrived at the park on the first day with tickets they had send via E-Mail which were saved onto my phone, when we tried to enter the park we were told the tickets weren’t valid and to head to guest relations. I contacted Attraction Tickets whilst the guest relations team were helping us (very helpful employee at Port Aventura who definitely sped this process up). Unfortunately, when contacted, the Attraction Tickets employee insisted I was somehow using the tickets wrong and sent me the exact same (invalid) tickets a second time and told me to ring them back afterwards. They of course did not work again. After an hour, the guest relations at the park managed to get me and my family new, valid tickets thankfully.

Absolutely horrible experience, park was rammed but due to the amount of people there internet access was very limited so accessing the tickets etc was very hit and miss while at the site
