We bought a 4 theme park pass from Attraction tickets. When we tried to use it at the first park we were told it had been used 2 weeks earlier despite having a later start date on the ticket. Being 6 hours ahead of the UK we could not contact anyone to query this and had to spend £840 on new tickets on Yas Island. When we eventually contacted them they admitted the tickets had been sold twice and blamed their supplier. They promised a refund but 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the money. Hard to understand how this could happen and it has been very difficult sorting this out!!

I bought 3 park ticket in Yas Island. Attraction ticket.com had a good deal. It was easy to download. The tickets are very sensitive, non transferable, non refundable and biometric entry only to make sure the tickets can't be reused. You have to be very careful while scanning your ticket and biometric. Other than that we enjoyed all the 3 Yas parks. Please book after you check the Yas park timings also some of the rides were under maintenance and we couldn't go. The water park rides close 15 mins advanced to the actual closing time. Which I think is it bit doggy.

Couldn't use our tickets to seaworld on our final day(Day 6) as we were outwith the use within 6 days of 1st activating tickets, called to explain and were told that our ticket had expired. Two very upset young daughters on final day of what had been a very enjoyable trip until then. T&C's need to be clearer that tickets actually mean you have 5 days to use them from 1st activation. Money wasted on final park entry and no help offered after explanation on phone!

Rip off. Too crowded. Too much waiting inspite of paying fast track. Fast track does not cover few important rides !. Hav to stand in long que for only getting a time for ride. The appointment time will not b suitable to go on other rides. So basically hanging around and wasting money with frustation. After that u wont. Been to most rides in world. This is Rip off. Fastest ride -u wont feel a diff from rides frm other places.
