Our hop-on and off service includes the two-hour ‘Big Loop’ showcasing Chicago’s history, art, and culture, with 11 stops conveniently located close to key landmarks and attractions. - Sunset Live Tour
The Big Loop (Red) - The first bus is at 10.00am The last full tour is 5.00pm. The buses run every 30 minutes and the full tour duration is 2 hours.

Sunset Live Tour (included with the Explore ticket only)
The all-new Big Bus Sunset Live Tour is a live guided 90-minute panoramic tour of Chicago that departs Navy Pier at 7:30pm nightly, May 4 to Oct 29. Hop-on the open-top double-decker bus in front of Navy Pier. Soak in the city sights as your tour guide shares stories of history, art, and the culture of the city.

Terms and conditions for Big Bus Chicago Hop-On Hop-Off Tour
- You will be sent a gate-ready Big Bus Ticket. Simply print it in advance or present it on your smart phone for boarding.
- A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. All Children must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
- Luggage is not permitted on board the bus at this time.
- Big Bus runs every day of the year, except for New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Occasionally severe weather and special event days could affect service.
- The tour company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service where reasonably prudent to do so in the light of circumstances beyond the company’s control.
- Please note routes may cancelled and operating times may change without notice. Please check times locally.
- Redeem your tickets at any Big Bus stops (please refer to the map), from the bus driver or a member of staff at the stop. A recommended stop is Chicago Riverwalk, 98 E. Wacker, Chicago IL (Stop 1).
- The Sunset Live (Night) Tour only departs from Navy Pier, 600 E Grand Ave (north end of the park).
- *Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled prior to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given for cancellations made post departure.
