  • We did visit Busch Gardens this time around, without having previously been a favourite park. However it really felt quite dated and like it needed a lot of investment to get it thriving again. Only half the park was open on the morning, with that half closing in the afternoon to open the other side. It felt very much like a staffing issue. Honestly, we are all sad to say but it wasn’t what it used to be. The great perk of the all day dining did go some way to making up for it. The food was great and we could eat or drink every 90 minutes. A blessing for larger families!

  • Absolutely terrible experience at Busch gardens from start to finish. Only 2 of the main attractions were working the day we arrived the all day dining passes wouldn’t work in any of the restaurants of fast food places and the staff have terrible attitudes when we tried to discuss this with them they told us it wasn’t their problem.

  • This park has declined severely since our last visit. At rope drop only 2 rollercoasters were working, most did not become operational until 1/2pm which is ridiculous for the summer season. Several rides were also down for maintenance, also not acceptable in the busy summer season. Left early as very disappointed

  • Ride operators very slow to get people on and off the rides, and consistently sending the cars with a lot of empty seats. Some rows with 1 seat, 3 seats or entire rows empty. They should be calling out for single riders, groups of 3 etc. Otherwise, a fantastic day had at the park, a couple of rides were closed all day, but that can’t be helped, all day dine options were really good.
