We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, however it was tainted by a poor start. We were instructed to be ready for pick up at 7.00 a.m. but to get to the pick up point at 6.50 a.m. so we got there at 6.40 a.m. only for the bus to actually arrive at approximately 8.15 a.m! After that everything seemed rushed. The Hoover Dam and Lake Mead though are well worth a visit, great!

Lake mead is an amazing experience, friendly staff, nice snack meal and a very relaxing cruise in beautiful surroundings, Hoover dam was a great experience as well ,unfortunatly the bus was an hour late so we didnt have much time to explore the Hoover dam before leaving for the cruise

Pick up excellent & on time. Geoff excellent driver & commentator. Nice free pack with goodies in eg baseball cap, book on Lake Mead & sweet treats.

Driver was late which left very little time for our first activity at the Hoover Dam. Lake Mead our second activity was great

The bus turned up an hour late which meant we had no time to look around the Hoover Dam. We had time to do the tour and then get back on the bus to go to the Lake. There was also a sign on the bus which said that the suggested driver tip was at least $30 for the day per couple, more for a family. As it was a small mini bus with only 3 families we felt huge pressure to leave a large tip which we otherwise wouldn't have done. We were not impressed with this day out.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept the mood light-hearted. Thoroughly enjoyed the Hoover Dam and its a definite must. Really liked the Lake Mead cruise as it was very relaxing and took you right into the river channel which allowed you to see the Hoover Dam from another angle.

This trip was fantastic and would recommend to friends and family BUT the brochure and website stated that on the return to Las Vegas there would be a bonus stop at Ethel Ms chocolate factory and botanical gardens, my 5year old daughter was looking forward to this and was really disappointed as it was not included. If this had not been advertised as part of the trip we would have rated this as Excellent, but after telling my daughter each time she found something uniteresting that we were taking her to a chocolate factory especially because she was being so good she did not understand why we did not go and thought she had been bad and was therefore very upsetting for the whole family and ruined the experience for all of us.

Small group of 10 so was easier for the driver to deal with. Hoover dam was good. Adequate time spent there. The cruise on lake mead was nice. Food ok, better than expected as it was described as a packed lunch. Top deck had plastic garden chairs for us to sit in but a bit of a health and safety issue once the winds got up, although it was a lovely hot sunny day, the chairs would be blown over. Quite disappointed that the trip didn't include the visit to the Botanical Gardens and Ethel M's chocolate factory. Driver took us to the Welcome to Las Vegas sign before hotel drop off.

This was brilliant trip. Coach driver excellent. However, Grayline the company who we bookd with, has gone into receivership. Caused us concern, tel number given no good. Had to go to concierge and have them try to help us. They sorted out who had taken over the company and all then went well. Felt your company should have been told and us informed!
