Lovely experience. Staff treated us very well. Only disappointment was company automatically added 20% tip to credit card charge for wine when I'd already tipped 20%. I'm hoping it Will be corrected.

Fabulous cruise and a lovely meal with personal service. It was my birthday and this was a splendid way to celebrate. Live jazz music was excellent and completed the evening. Highly recommend the upgraded package.

Loved it. The boat was lovely and the food was great We spent a thoroughly enjoyable evening cruising the sites accompanied by great food and an excellent singer and band. We had window seats but all seats had a great view. A lovely experience.

Lovely end to our week in New York. Food was good and hot and service was spot on. Wine prices were surprising good as was the wine. The evening stayed dry for us. Recommend.

The crew were really friendly and helpful. Explained the sites as we passed. Stopped at the Statue of Liberty and gave us more than enough time for photographs. The food and drink was exceptional.

Best evening ever! If you're going to new York it's a must! Sailed under the Brooklyn bridge and past the Statue of liberty all lit up at night. Excellent food and open bar with the extra we paid. Entertainment was great. Lovely and relaxed

The 3 hour dinner cruise itself was fantastic, but the table service was so, so slow. Slow to the point that we never were offered tea and coffee to finish our dinner, because the boat was back at Chelsea piers. Also, our table waiter was very forgetful ! We asked for butter with our dinner rolls - he forgot. We asked for ice for our wine - he forgot. The food...... Main course was fantastic, but the starter which was goats cheese and beetroot salad was 90% leaves ! , and the cheese cake was a SMALL wedge, so very disappointing. To sum up, the food and table service let down the evening.

The quality of the meal was only average - disappointing for the price. Fantastic views and experience. Entertainment was good and we had the chance to take photos outside, not just through glass.
